Precise Gym Equipment

I had issues with a loose belt on my Nordictrack. It was too lose, and kept slipping causing my knees to hurt. I tried to fix it myself, and did more harm than good. I called Precise Gym Equipment, I was very appreciative of the help I received from the staff there. Leslie was so sweet and booked me as soon as they could get a technician out. They are busy, but they are worth the wait. Eddie came out and tightened the treadmill belt and lubricated it as well. He definitely knows the business and products and it was very affordable. I will be calling them for my yearly service!

Great servicing on NordicTrack elliptical! Kudos to Eddie- no one wants for equipment to breakdown- but when it does- it is wonderful to have a reliable company and team for repairs.

Avoid! Will never do business with this company. Ed was unprofessional and disrespectful. Plenty of other companies and suppliers with better service.
