They were on time with prompt communication throughout. Super fast to disassemble a huge squat rack AND carry it up a flight of stairs. He was also so helpful in providing valuable insight on spacing/setting up the equipment at the new location (with limited space) to make sure I could access weights, have room for the squat bar, etc. Overall, great experience and would 100% recommend!!
Great communication, timely and very reasonable.
On short notice was very accommodating.
Pfizer fitness did a great job came in quick and great availability. Highly recommend.
Outstanding service and quality of work.
Great service. Came on the weekend. Very responsive. Worked on both our treadmill and elliptical. We'll use him again, Marc is very reliable!
Marc is the man always ready to take care of our machines and they do a great job !
Great service for our fitness equipment repair and assembly needs ! Thank you
We have two older treadmills and a stationary bike, all different brands and purchased at different locations. After struggling to find anyone who would service all three, we were very fortunate to find Paizer Fitness.
Paizer has been servicing and maintaining our equipment for the last several years, we are very happy with their service, and they charge a fair price.
Marc has been so great to work with. He has both serviced and fixed my studio's treadmill, smith and cable machines. I had a particular issue with my cable machine that another repair company tried to fix a few times to no avail. Marc was determined to find the right solution and came up with a creative fix that worked. He is very professional and quick to respond and schedule. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Paizer Fitness highly enough! From start to finish, this family-owned business delivered an exceptional customer experience.
They handled the delivery and setup of my incredibly heavy treadmill with absolute care and expertise. Not only was the installation seamless, but they also took the time to walk me through the entire setup to make sure I was completely comfortable using it. Every team member was polite, courteous, and deeply committed to delivering top-tier quality.
To top it off, they even reached out a week after the installation to follow up and ensure everything was running smoothly and that all my needs were met. It is rare to find a company that takes this level of pride and personal responsibility in their work. If you need fitness equipment delivered or installed, look no further than Paizer Fitness!
This treadmill has exceeded my expectations in every way. It feels incredibly sturdy, operates smoothly, and runs so quietly that I can use it anytime without disturbing anyone. The setup was quick and hassle free, and it’s been perfect for both walking and running at home. The overall build quality is excellent, and it delivers a gym like experience right in my living room. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and highly recommend Paizer Fitness to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality treadmill. Thank you Marc!
Marc and his team have been great to work with! We rely on them heavily to repair our indoor cycling bikes for our business. He is highly reliable, responsive, provides us with great maintenance advice, and is overall a great person to work with!
Marc was quick to respond, successfully service our equipment and order the parts we needed for our treadmill repair. I would recommend his work to others.
Marc and his team moved a Nordictrack Elliptical from our basement to our garage so we can post for sale. They took apart to get up stairs and reassembled in our garage. Great to work with. Very Professional. Highly recommend.
Paizer Fitness truly came to my rescue on short notice! During my military move, the moving team was unable to disassemble my pulley/smith machine system, leaving us in a bind while they were already in the middle of packing. Thankfully, I found Paizer Fitness, and they saved the day! Their quick response and expertise allowed the movers to pack everything up smoothly. From the initial contact to ongoing communication and updates, their service was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend for their professionalism, efficiency, and reliability!
I had a gym move with Paizer Fitness. They moved my elliptical, rower, and treadmill in the same day!! Also, to mention, they do it for a responsible price! I would recommend them for gym moves. These men are strong!
Paizer Fitness quickly quoted and fixed my elliptical. I didn't have to wait more than a week after submitting a request. The website works amazing! They have excellent communication skills. 10/10 service. I highly recommend for any gym-related needs! Thank you for your help.
