via Google2 stars for responding quickly at first. After explaining my equipment needs and sending pictures/equipment info, I was told that a quote would be sent to me. Never received a quote nor a follow up from them. When I asked, I was told that it was sent. I then asked if they could send it again showing in the thread it was sent. Again, did not receive a quote or response. I felt they called me a liar for stating I didn't receive the quote and my time was wasted waiting on them. If you know that my 3 pieces of home gym equipment is not enough for you to work on, just tell me from the beginning. Maybe good service for others but it was bad for me.

via GoogleI originally submitted a maintenance request for my treadmill around the end of March 2016, I received an email promptly advising me that a technician would call me the next day to schedule an appointment. A week later with no call, I sent the rep another email with no reply. I finally received a call from the technician a week and a half later. The tech was over an hour late, charged $100 to fix my treadmill that was skipping, provided no receipt and 3 weeks later I emailed the company again since my treadmill was still skipping. The tech called me on a Monday the following week to schedule an appointment. When I returned the call the next day I did not get an answer, I left a message and proceeded to play the waiting game. I then text messaged the tech voicing my concerns, he replied stating at the end of the week when he returned to town he would make me "first priority". Well that was over 2 weeks ago and I still have an inoperable treadmill and $100 down the drain. I would recommend a more reputable company. Don't waste your time or money like I did!

Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, zero reason to ever return. Save yourself the frustration—go literally anywhere else.

via GoogleMy home treadmill quit working and I called On Site to help me get it fixed. They were able to come out quickly and diagnosed my treadmill. I had to wait for parts to come in, but they got the job done as soon as they arrived.
via GoogleHorrible service. I don't know why Horizon Fitness contracted them to fix my treadmill... I was able to talk to someone only once, an appointment was verbally set FOR AFTER TWO WEEKS, but I never received a text or email confirmation. Then the technician did a no-call no-show and I've been calling them for days without anybody picking up. Avoid them at all costs.

via GoogleI called this company for an estimate on my treadmill that needed a new belt. I was told a technician would have to come out to access the problem. I explained that it only needed a new belt and just wanted an estimate for that. The lady I talked to was rude and told me no estimate without a technician coming out. All they wanted was the service call , witch would cost $100 whether you used them or not. Do not use this company!!
