Great job! I was so grateful to have found this business. I had my roof replaced and was not informed of the terrible mess I was to expect. My home gym was a disaster! My machines were covered in debris from the roof in every part inside and out. The technician took everything apart and cleaned it thoroughly and serviced them. Highly recommend them.

Anthony was great. He was communicative, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. I found a concept2 rower on the street and called novo gym repair to repair it and get it in working order and Anthony did just that! He also helped with a wobbly echo bike arm while he was here. Highly recommend and will be using novo gym repair again in the future for any repairs or maintenance I need!

Anthony showed up on time and expertly set up our new Bowflex elliptical trainer. He knows this equipment inside and out. My Proform treadmill had a rattle noise which Anthony was able to identify the issue very quickly. Impressive. Anthony came to fix my NordicTrac s22i bike. He was sooooo pleasant and confident in his ability to do whatever was needed to fix my bike that I immediately felt at ease. Highly recommend their services! Everything from booking the appointment, to the actual service itself, was efficient, quick and excellent. Angel and Monica were very responsive to my queries and requests, and Anthony provided amazing work. He arrived during the window time provided, and was professional, friendly and courteous. Used Novo Gym repair for both repair of an old treadmill, and maintenance of a new one. Will definitely utilize their services again for maintenance of my Horizon treadmill. Highly recommend!

I use the treadmill almost everyday so it's very important it works properly. When the belt started to wear and fray on the sides we called a number of companies about servicing the treadmill. Angel, from Novo Gym Repair was the first to call back. He was very helpful and even helped me order a new belt online. Once the belt was delivered to my house, I called back and he set an appointment which was convenient to my schedule. Anthony arrived at my house on time and was super nice the moment he showed up. He quickly removed the outer portion of the treadmill and had the new belt on rather quickly. He cleaned and used a vacuum around the motor and the interior since there was a lot of dust. Once the belt was on he showed us how he makes the belt center and how we can fix it if it becomes off center. He also showed us how to know if the belt is tight enough and finally how and when to oil it for best results. It was a great experience and the price was also less than the other companies I had called. I will be using them for my treadmill needs moving forward. Ron Mar Vista, CA

Customer service and repair service was above and beyond excellent - all at a great price. From our initial inquiry thru to the completion of the repair, there was constant communication and updates. Monica was incredibly helpful and sent links and follow ups prior to the repair. Anthony was prompt, professional, identified a hidden issue, fixed everything and made helpful suggestions for maintenance. He did not rush thru anything. Great service at a reasonable price! We were having issues with the Incline turning off when using our elliptical. Anthony had it back up and running in short order. He was very helpful in explaining what the possibilities were, and what he was doing while he made the repair. We will be using Novo Gym Repair for any future servicing and repairs.

Repair Tech Anthony came out to assess my treadmill and immediately found the issue. He is very knowledgeable and even offered alternatives for repair/replacement of parts. Anthony even took the extra care to adjust my functional trainer cables. As a business owner he demonstrated that he cares about the lifetime value of a customer.

It was very easy to schedule a service appointment. The customer service rep was very kind and helpful. My field service guy Anthony was very nice and fast! He explained everything to us and showed us what he did. He even gave us recommendations so that our machine last longer. Highly recommend.
