Contacted a technician who inspected and ordered parts for my equipment on April 20th. Technician said it would take 2 weeks for the replacement parts to come in and on that same day, I paid for the parts and labor in full. 40 days later, I still have not received the parts. No communication from the business, either. I telephoned their office mid-May to inquire what the delay was and all I was told was that they would call me when the parts arrived. I contacted my credit card company on May 30th to dispute the charge and get 100% of my $533.99 refunded back to my credit card. No labor or repairs were done, no parts received.

HORRIBLE, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!! Let me first start with saying the technician himself was very nice. It stopped there. They came and 'diagnosed' the problem and I paid for them to diagnose and to fix the issue on my elliptical. He ordered the part and made an appointment to come back and fix it. I take the day off work. No show and no call from them regarding the issue on the specified date. Ok, mistakes happen no big deal. He finally shows and had ordered the wrong part. Re orders it, supposedly. I have to call them numerous times to set up for them to come and fix it. Set up a date, again no show, no call. This is twice I've taken off work for this. No communication from them. At this point some communication is all I'm looking for. Reminder-they already have my full payment!! Weeks upon weeks go by. I finally call and ask for an update. Amy is first extremely rude and condescending and states the wrong part was sent TWICE. However, the week before I had called and they individual stated they accidentally ordered the wrong part. Again, honest mistake it's fine. Now this is where it becomes unacceptable. She states it can take between 6 months to a year now to fix. I ask for a refund as that isn't remotely close to the timeline initially agreed upon to fix the product. I ask for a refund and state I'm just going to junk the elliptical as it's not worth it anymore. SHE STATES SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME BACK ANY MONEY! They have charged me for a misdiagnosis(i ask for the correct diagnosis which she can't provide) and for fixing the product. THEY HAVE ALL MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT TO ME!!! i HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS! It's almost comical! Regardless I have now had to go through my credit card company. I've now wasted two work days, numerous phone calls that I had to initiate with them and have a misdiagnosed broken elliptical still. To this day, they have all my money with zero intentions of fixing the product nor refunding my money. Consider yourself warned.
