A big thank you to Rose and Hagen!! We used MHTT to disassemble and move multiple pieces of heavy gym equipment out of our unfinished basement to our garage. Once the basement remodel was complete, the team came back and moved all the equipment back in and re-assembled everything!! They knew exactly what they were doing! It was NOT an easy job and included numerous stair steps up and down! Hagen and team showed up early and got right to work. They did an awesome job and we will most certainly use them again in the future for equipment moves and maintenance. I highly recommend their services! 5 ⭐️’s!!!

I’ve been a customer of MHTT Equipment Technicians since 2007, and they’ve consistently impressed me. They’ve handled everything from relocating tanning beds to maintaining VersaSpa systems, UV beds, and even troubleshooting my personal elliptical. Every time, they know exactly what to do. These guys are incredibly tech-savvy and can fix just about anything. Reliable, knowledgeable, and always great to work with. Highly recommend!

MHTT is the only company we will ever call to service our equipment! We opened a salon in 2015 and they have serviced everything from day 1! Small manufacturers warranty issues, to full breakdown and movement of our entire business in 2020 during the pandemic. Hagen is the most knowledgeable technician I have ever seen, combined with just flat out “problem solving common sense.” Him and his team have always been extremely professional! We have purchased multiple pieces of equipment from MHTT and even sold multiple pieces. I highly, highly recommend Hagen & Rose from MHTT as the only company you should ever call. Every experience I have had with them has been very professional. Even with manufacturers that stopped supplying parts for older equipment, MHTT was still able to come up with solutions to keep our equipment going! Our salon is 4 hours from their locations and it is not easy to get to us, but they still manage to come out as quickly as possible to keep us going when we have a machine break down! The only company you should call if you have any of the following equipment and more! UV tanning, spray tanning, cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared saunas, they do it all! I recently contacted MHTT Equipment Technician regarding our treadmill repair. I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with their professionalism, courtesy and performance. Rose promptly answered all my questions and scheduled a Service Technician. The Technician (Braden) arrived at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Braden diagnosed the problems quickly, explained the issues to me and went to work. He completed the repairs in an hour. He also provided me with maintenance suggestions and time schedules. On many occasions, as customers, we accept adequate as acceptable. In my opinion MHTT's service is not just acceptable it's EXCELLANCE in all aspects. Thank you for doing an outstanding job.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MHTT Equipment Technicians and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I didnt realize ALL the things they are able to do from chiropractic care, to fitness, to PT Equipment and PowerPlate. I had them fix my workout equipment and now I am looking at a PowerPlate and/or Massage chair from them! The fact that they answered the phone in the first place got me hooked, but then when I spoke to their office staff (Rose and Ashley) I was even more excited to work with them. They were so nice and personable, and I love that they are a family run and operated business. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They really went above and beyond, offering advice on how to maintain my equipment to prevent future issues. The technician who came to my home was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was amazed at how quickly he identified the problems and had everything up and running in no time. Highly recommend! MHTT helped prep equipment I was picking up in Denver. Moving tanning beds and spa equipment is not generally easy. With MHTT’s help, we had 9 beds loaded in just a couple hours. Their expertise, fair pricing, and ability to simplify the complex was impressive. Will use them for all our tanning/spa repair and move needs going forward. A real partner in the industry.

Hagan was so helpful and fast and efficient! He fixed out chiropractic adjustment tables fast and professionally! I would definitely use this company again! Nothing but rave reviews for MHTT Equipment and Technicians. Our Life Time treadmill is 25 years old and parts are near impossible to find. Movers broke off a piece on the electronic board so MHTT put on their McGyver thinking caps to find a solution that would get it up and running. Our technician Braden was polite, prompt and got the job done! The entire team at MHTT will go the extra mile to get the job done right! It's the only company I'll call in the future.

Fantastic! I called when my treadmill stopped working, described what was happening and Hagen asked me to text pictures…especially one of a yellow button I had mentioned. Ten minutes later I received a return text asking if the safety cord would be connected to that spot with the yellow button. It could be, and was, and my problem was solved. Except for me feeling pretty stupid. The important thing was the quick response and pleasant help Hagen provided. No over-sell and need for a service call. Just an honest, genuine and professional response. Needless to say I’m a very happy customer and will definitely recommend and use them again.

I have to say that the MHTT team are the best in the field. They not only fixed our table but did it with a smile and made it a pleasant experience. I had requested a table repair by a different local company prior to calling MHTT, and they came to our office, looked at our table for less than 5 minutes and told us it was not repairable and that we needed to buy a new table. They were very rude to my staff and left my office person in tears. So when I called MHTT I was so pleased to actually speak with nice people. When they came to work on our table they found the problem which ended up being a couple problems and they fixed them all. Our table works perfect and we did not have to replace it with a new. Thank you Hagan and Rose for your dedication to your customers. You trouble shooted and problem solved (what a concept). We will ALWAYS call you for our table repair needs.

Ryan was timely, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my hydroelectric massage table quickly. I so appreciate it! He seemed knowledgeable about some other equipment I have. I know who to call if I need any more help!

They called within the day to set up an appointment to come fix our roller table and Hagen Holmes came in the next day they called to remind us that they were coming 45 min. before they showed up on time and was done and fixed under an hour. Great, friendly, and definitely would recommend.
