Marin Fitness Repair

I have a 20+ year old elliptical machine that hasn't been used in several years. We needed to move it to a more accessible location and get it "tuned up" to make sure everything was working well. This machine weighs 200 pounds. My husband and I struggled for many hours trying to take it apart before I finally realized I needed professional help. I called Carlos and they were able to come the SAME DAY. They moved the machine and got it all working beautifully. They are also really nice guys, which makes it a special pleasure to post this review. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I called Marin Fitness Repair a week ago, and Carlos came out the same day to inspect my treadmill. He knew exactly what I needed in an instant. He then called the company for me finding out that the 3 parts were still under warranty, and I got them sent to me for free. He saved me over $1000 right there. He came right when the parts arrived, and installed all the new parts perfectly, and very fast. He is very knowledgeable, and I trust nobody but him to service all my home gym equipment. I’m so lucky I found these guys! Quick response and excellent communication. Carlos and Antonio were able to schedule my Woodway treadmill repair for the next day. Extremely experienced (>20 years in the business) and knowledgeable about treadmills. Pricing was super reasonable. They are also very friendly and great to work with. So pleased with this experience! I’ll be hiring them to maintain my treadmill yearly from now on.

Carlos Alejandro is the best! He is the only one we will trust to move or repair our home gym equipment. He and Antonio deftly delivered and assembled our new Matrix elliptical machine, and when a part proved to be defective, Carlos was able to determine the problem and came to replace the defective part. We appreciated his clear expertise, professionalism, and careful work. He also took care to protect our floors during the moving and assembly process, and then cleaned fastidiously after the job was done. 5+ stars for Carlos and Marin Fitness Repair!

Carlos is the ultimate professional. I inquired online and he called me within an hour. We discussed him setting up a new elliptical in my home. He and his associate arrived as scheduled after calling while on their way, both wore face masks, put on shoe covers, and showed respect for my home. They assembled and calibrated the machine and had it up and running in an hour. They cleaned up the room and even moved the machine's box. I highly recommend you hire them for repairs or assembly. This assembly would have taken me countless hours of frustration. I used the new machine that evening, thanks to Carlos and his associate.

Fast and excellent service! Carlos was courteous making the appointment for the next day, explained my options and arrived on time. He made my twenty year old treadmill look and work like new again, gave it much needed cleaning and lubrication. A joy to have him in my home helping. Highly recommend.

Carlos showed up on time on somewhat last minute request. I needed large treadmill moved from living room to garage, which required disassembly and then reassembly. Not easy. He was awesome, friendly and fast. Job done within one hour. Excellent stuff!

Carlos Itzep and Alex from Marin Fitness Repair and Moving of San Rafael did a wonderful job delivering and setting up our new treadmill and elliptical machines from Ultimate Fitness Outlet in Rohnert Park. The delivery distance was significant and yet they arrived within 15 minutes of the start of their delivery window. They set everything up, tested it out and balanced belts and feet, and even showed us how to get the machines' apps on our wifi network, all with with efficiency, expertise and friendliness.
