K&H is awesome! They kept me updated when they would arrive, and showed up when they said they would! They set up my new equipment and stayed with me to make sure everything worked properly and I was happy and they took my old equipment with them when they left.

These guys are AMAZING! Relocated two pieces of equipment. They were efficient, careful with the equipment and extremely polite. When they moved my treadmill, they also ‘tuned”it up at the new location. I would definitely recommend K&H Services if you have equipment in need of moving or repair. You will not be disappointed!

Kaleb was early, called ahead, knew that my Treadmill was very old and they might not have the part, but checked it out diagnostically determined that the motherboard was in fact the problem iand new parts are no longer available. They were easy to work with in determining the best positioning, plenty strong in shifting it within the room without any damage to the newly painted walls, and knowledgeable in reassembling it, ensuring all the pieces were aligned and functioned properly. Great group that put together our home functional trainer and moved our treadmill to our basement. They were very efficient and you can tell are experts on moving and assembly.

The installers were fast and friendly. They were very careful to not damage anything while moving the equipment and wore shoe covers in the house. They set everything up, checked it out operationally and asked if I had any questions.

The guys did a wonderful job. They were very friendly. Took great care in moving my old treadmill out and the new one in. They went over my new treadmill to make sure I understood everything. Bought a “refurbished” Lifefitness commercial treadmill from another company that sounded like a gravel mill. K & H repaired within an hour without the need to replace the motor. A pulley on the motor was not securely installed. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and very thorough with their diagnostic and repair skills.

Kaleb and D from K&H Service Repair did a simply perfect job of delivering and installing a 250-pound recumbent elliptical machine to our 3rd floor condominium. I received an advance call from K&H to schedule delivery and go over details about the type of truck that would be arriving, where to park, which building entrance to use, how to get the machine to our condo step-by-step from the street. Kaleb and D called when they were en route from their previous delivery, then arrived exactly as we had scheduled, got the machine off the truck in our building's driveway, then moved the truck to the street for parking, got the machine upstairs, moved it through the condo to the back room where it was to be installed, did the installation with remarkable professionalism, made sure it was working silently and flawlessly, cleaned up meticulously afterward, were friendly, good natured, and a general pleasure to be around from start to finish. The very reasonable price I was quoted was the price I was charged, even after Kaleb and D moved our Peloton from the room where the elliptical machine was installed to another room in the condo and made sure it was set up correctly, too. These guys and this company are the greatest. I can't wait for the machine to need a repair so they can come back and demonstrate perfect execution again :o)

Prompt and professional service!! I called on a Monday to explain the problem with my Precor treadmill and Kaleb was there the next day. He had the needed parts with him and made the repairs. This is the second time I have used this company and was incredibly impressed on both occasions!! Both technicians were excellent—I regret that I don’t remember their names, but both of their names started with the letter “D.” They carefully navigated a very steep, precarious hill to bring my treadmill to the basement door with no damage and removed my elliptical the same way. The installation was quick and efficient. They checked the equipment before leaving and even took all the boxes, which was extremely helpful. Communication from the office was excellent, especially when I needed to reschedule. I highly recommend this company.

Through email and text we were able to discuss options and get an appointment set up. Living rural it is sometimes hard to get quality services at a good price but they were able to diagnose and repair our elliptical quickly and efficiently in one visit.

They showed up when they were scheduled to. My two installers carried my new 300+ pound treadmill down an L shaped staircase like champs and got my machine up and running in no time.
