Quality equipment, service and advice. I dealt with Miami G at the store who took time to understand our requirements and helped us pick the right equipment. I’ve seen the store around for many years and decided to give them a try. Very happy with the outcome and glad I visited. They also installed equipment at the house. The team was very efficient and cleaned up after.

I would like to comment on the superior customer service I received when I called and went into the showroom at Johnson Fitness in West Los Angeles. My first exchange occurred when I called the West Los Angeles store to inquire about treadmills and was connected to Miami. Miami listened to all of my concerns and desires and answered all of my questions. My face to face encounter with Miami occurred a few days later after I researched some of the treadmills discussed. Miami was professional, friendly, and courteous. After I, further, expressed other desires, Miami adapted to my unique requests and suggested a different treadmill which, ultimately, became the treadmill of choice. Miami did not try to oversell a product even though the treadmill I decided upon cost more than what I had initially considered; fortunately for me, I decided upon and purchased my treadmill at a time when it was on sale. Miami was patient and understanding. Miami had a pleasant manner and made me feel very comfortable. Miami made me feel appreciated and valued. Miami made doing business very easy. Miami left me feeling totally satisfied! Johnson Fitness has quality fitness equipment; however, it was Miami’s dedication to provide an outstanding client experience that was the determining factor and primary reason that I chose to purchase my treadmill from Johnson Fitness. This store was incredible! They has so much high quality equipment for any gym fanatic with any budget! Miami was extremely helpful, and helped me find the perfect treadmill I was looking for, and the expedited shipping & setup was INCREDIBLE. I was assigned to Santiago (I believe was his name), and I am so glad that he was the individual setting up the treadmill. Besides highlighting so of the best features, he also showed me how to quickly dissemble in case we need to move it. Overall, HIGHLY recommend Johnson Fitness & Wellness in LA!

Great experience from start to finish. Shopping for adjustable dumbbells and was helped by Miami, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy, he explained pros and cons of different options and once I decided on the Matrix DB 50s he even unboxed them for me to easily take home. Excellent customer service.

We were charged for two stationary bikes instead of the one we bought last week. This was not noticed until my wife reviewed the receipt today. I was concerned but now that my wife has spoken to the salesperson I've learned there were extenuating circumstances. So I'm satisfied that it was simply an oversight and not an attempted scam. They've refunded the difference to my card and everything appears to be OK now.

Samuelle is awesome and ordered me exactly the dumbbell rack that I wanted. He's the best! And they will deliver and set up in my home. If you're looking for anything like weights, bench, squat rack, etc., this is the place!!

Great customer service! Miami was extremely knowledgeable and helped find the best equipment for our needs. The machine was delivered as scheduled and in perfect workout condition. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a very expensive recumbent bike. I didn't ride it long enough or check out the functionality in the store. Once delivered, I found it very disappointing for me. I was back in the store the next day. They patiently showed me many alternatives. When I found a cheaper upright that suited me better, they did the exchange, arranging for pickup and delivery, and refunded the difference.

Went in Saturday and met with the store manager, Miami Guilbeaux. I was looking for an exercise bike and Miami was very thorough in going through the options. I bought a Matrix R-30-04 and it was just delivered by a professional setup crew today. All around a very good customer experience and I would definitely recommend Johnson Fitness.
