James offers the BEST service at an incredibly fair price. We’re so grateful we found him. We have a treadmill and elliptical that he’s helped us with over the years. At times he’s asked me to send him a photo or video and if it’s something simple he’s helped me just fix something myself with no charge for his support! He is a lovely, knowledgeable and fair person that I strongly recommend!

My treadmill was giving an error code after only about 30 times of use, but it was out of warranty because I didn’t use it much in the warmer months. I left a message with JEM and they called me back the next day. I spoke with James. He was the most helpful and patient person that I have talked to in a long time. He listened to what the problem was and helped me diagnose it from the phone. He asked me to send some photos and we went back-and-forth for a little while trying different things and finally my treadmill started working again. Originally, the manufacturer’s customer service thought that I would have to replace the motor. But with James’s help we got it working and I don’t have to incur that huge cost. I highly recommend JEM! It is very rare to get customer service this good these days.

I would highly recommend JEM Health and Fitness for your fitness equipment sales, repairs and service. I have an Octane elliptical that needed service. James came to my home on time and made the repairs that ended up being more complicated than anticipated. He made sure to take the extra time and effort to complete the service and the machine is like new. Professional quality work in addition to being very fairly priced. Great Job!!

JEM has been GREAT in helping to repair my SOLE E35 elliptical. My machine has needed a few repairs over the last 2 years. James was the technician every time and he's been very professional and efficient. He takes the time to discuss the issue with me so I know what he was doing before he did it, and how the machine works. JEM's communication and scheduling has also been top notch!! I would recommend them for any kind of exercise machine repair job.

I have a Horizon treadmill that started making loud noises whenever I ran past 5 mph or raised the incline past 1.0. I had three different techs come out from other companies and all "fixed" the problem but the noise continued. Then James from JEM came out and took his time and discovered the problem and fixed the issue. The treadmill is running great without any noise ... FINALLY! Thanks James for professional service that fixed my issue! The team at JEM was easy to work with and schedule my appointment. Thank you!

James and Jem Fitness helped us take apart and reassemble our treadmill and gym. When he put them back together both were better than the original. In addition he did some pre-emptive troubleshooting and is working with the manufacturer on some warranty issues. Great service.

I highly recommend JEM Health & Fitness. They serviced my LifeFitness Treadmill in 2018 through LifeFitness support. Called them again in May 2024. (I found them through Google instead of going through LifeFitness.) Treadmill started acting up on June 30. Instead of charging me again for a service call, owner spent 45 minutes on the phone getting my treadmill back up and running at no charge. I even tried to Apple Pay/Venmo/Cash App lunch. He wouldn't take it. Great company that stands by their work.

Had a true fitness bike that was not getting power charged me 175.00 to tell me its either the power cord or internal componet. Had none of the parts with them and told me to order the cord through the manufacturer. Which ended up not being the issue. I tested the internal componet with a voltage tester to find out that was the issue. When I reached out to Beth Mugford she stated well its a process of elimination. Not sure why tech couldnt have volatage tested and saw it was the internal componet. I got more information from the parts guy at the acutal manufacturer then I did from Jem. If you can deal with someone else I would. Not very quick to return a phone call either.

JEM provided me with five star service. I have an old treadmill which has ceased functioning. I called them with the model No. and they spend close to an hour with me over the. phone, running different diagnostic tests. Ultimately, we determined that the treadmill cannot be repaired. I offered to pay them for their time and expertise, but they politely declined. I highly recommend them.
