Island Fitness Equipment

With my own reservations on its ultimate success, today I enlisted the help of a highly skilled team from Island Fitness to relocate my (very heavy) NordicTrack treadmill up a flight of stairs to a second-floor room. A challenging navigation to say the least. Scott & Lance did an unbelievable job! To ensure that they did not damage my property or the equipment, they literally (completely) dismantled the entire treadmill, then reassembled it in its new location. Trust me when I say that these proficient technicians not only made this troublesome task look effortless, but they completed the "mission" in a most professional, timely, and courteous manner. This experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Scott & Lance, for your "can-do" spirit, your positive attitudes, and your expertise.

Moving my permanent residence to Fripp Island was a big step for us in our life. Adding a home gym was a key part of our build. Scott and his team have been absolutely fantastic at listening to my needs and recommending the right solution for us. They are patient, flexible, and super experienced at what they do. Scott always gets to my Club as soon as he can, which is usually within a couple of days from call time (Club is in Beaufort). He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and works on all of my equipment. He also gets stopped by members and never hesitates to help them out. Scott and his crew at Island Fitness Equipment were fantastic. We were looking for a new exercise bike and went by their gym/showroom and tested out one of the Life Fitness Bikes. They did not have any in stock but offered to lend us one until the one we ordered arrived. That very same day they delivered and set up the loaner bike for us. Two weeks later the new bike arrived and they came to pick up the loaner and set up our new one. They were also very thorough in explaining all the programming and made sure before they left that we knew how to operate everything. We would highly recommend Island Fitness Equipment for any of your home or office exercise equipment needs. Not only do they carry some of the top brands but they offer amazing service!!!!

We purchased a treadmill and an exercise bicycle and it was an excellent experience. These guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We have a treadmill, stationary bike and a StairMaster, and Scott - the owner - has been taken care of any of the problems we have had with them throughout the years. He is extremely professional, and his charges are very reasonable. My husband and I feel that we're lucky to have found such an efficient and reliable fitness repair man.

Had a used Precor elliptical that one of the two belts shredded, decided to replace both for continuity. I can't say enough good things about IFES. Scott was responsive, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, scheduled work time around MY schedule even after normal business hours, fast, courteous, and reasonable with charges. Scott created a great workout for our sons and gave us a great deal on equipment for them. Scott's patience, ability to create workouts specific to sport/age/strength, and the diet he created are beyond expectations. Truly a great guy with great knowledge. 5 stars all the way!
