Came out. Spent $200+ to bring him out to correct the incline/decline on our machine. If the machine is set at 0.0 it is really a 2.0 incline. Well he came out, calibrated it, replaced a few bolts and then said that the way it is comes standard....no way! I have been running on the treadmill for almost 2 years and it has only been in the last 2 months that the issue has been occuring. So here I am, $200 poorer with still a treadmill that has the same problem I brought him out for! Thank you! If you are needing treadmill service, try googling your problem and you can find the answer instead of bringing this guy out! You will have better luck!
