I used Integrity Fitness Services to repair a treadmill I purchased back in 2016. I could not be more happy with the service received and the company took the steps to contact the manufacturer to verify certain parts (drive motor) were under warranty. The cost required to fix my existing treadmill is well below the cost it would have been to purchase new. VERY pleased with the service received from Integrity Fitness Services LLC!!

Shout out to these guys for their honesty!!! My treadmill is older and needed a new belt. They definitely showed their integrity by explaining that it’s more than just replacing the belt and other parts are not available, so it’s not worth it. They could have just replaced the belt and taken my money. Not many businesses will be this honest. Kudos to them and I hope this review gets them a lot of new business. I contacted Integrity Fitness to fix a grinding I had on my treadmill in my home gym. They went above and beyond. They not only fixed the problem I called them out for, he leveled my treadmill and told me how to avoid this issue in the future. HIGHLY recommend! Great company and Great people who literally have integrity!

Excellent experience with Integrity Fitness. Technician diagnosed the failure quickly. Integrity ordered the part and returned within a week to fix my True elliptical machine. The office was very accommodating in scheduling the initial assessment and install appointments. I would highly recommend Integrity. I had attempted to use another repair company, Show Me Weights, with disappointing results.

100 Stars! EACH & EVERY employee has gone above & beyond in every way. My Life Fitness treadmill motor was thankfully under warranty. THEY, not me, did ALL the leg work to contact LF to insure I got the motor sent to my home immediately for install. They contacted Life fitness again this week (only 11 months later) when the motor went out again. The install was done promptly within the time window given. I'm so impressed with this company. I highly recommend them! LOOK no farther. I <3 running & rely on my treadmill often, esp. in cold months. I'm so thankful to have a trustworthy company to turn to for repair & upkeep.

Alisabeth, was my contact to schedule service, I had some scheduling issues 3 times and had to change the service call. She was great! The service tech showed up as scheduled and on time. I might add that this was a warranty issue on my treadmill. I think this is the BEST service I have ever had with a warranty issue on anything! From start to finish! My treadmill is better than new! I give them a 15 STAR rating.

I'm the property manager at an apartment complex in St. Louis. I called Integrity Fitness when my weight machine stopped working. I spoke directly with the owner and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone so that he could quote me a price on the spot. Within 3 day (even with Christmas around the corner) he was out to repair my machine. It was done quickly and efficiently and the price did not change from his quote. Really happy.

Luec was here today replacing a motor on our treadmill. He was outstanding! Here is what I saw and felt: Polite, Professional, cleanly dressed, with a mask, explained what he would do, explained our belt maintenance, said he would have someone call about PM service, thanked us.... Integrity provides dependable ,professional service on our treadmill. On the first call to them, they suggested very reasonable checks we could to do diagnose or resolve to save a service call. When we did schedule time, technician was on time but patience to walk through what was found and maintenance tips. Initial issue resolved but surfaced another. The firm including owner came out free to try to address. On third call , he found an odd issue but again walk through how we could fix in future due to manufacture flaw hopefully saving a future service call. We appreciate honesty , being patient to explain and felt price was commensurate with value. Richard Enderle

I had in home service for two of my three pieces of equipment. Tom did a superb job of servicing one and repairing the other piece of equipment. Shame on me for not having the third item serviced at the same time! Lesson learned! Tom was courteous, professional, and efficient. He gets a “top block” rating from me for his work, knowledge, and experience. Grateful for his advice and counsel as well and for the company overall. I have been so pleased with the service provided by Integrity Fitness Services. We have used this company for years to service our fitness equipment (treadmill, small home gym, and ellyptical), and also to disassemble and reassemble the home gym for three moves. They are always on time, courteous, and their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

They arrived within the two hour time window, in fact they arrived at the start of the window. We had the treadmill moved from the first floor to the basement. It was a heavy Nordic treadmill. The young men were courteous and moved the treadmill into the basement within an hour. I would highly recommend Integrity.

I am a representative for McGuire Moving & Storage. We hire Integrity Fitness to move fitness equipment and make repairs to fitness equipment that may have been damaged. They always do a good job at a fair price.

What a joke. Charges for service call only to tell me he cant figure out what the problem is. Spent most of the time on you tube trying to learn more about treadmill.

We got off to a rocky start due to a miscommunication. But Tom is a standup guy he’s more than compensated for the problems caused by the above.
