I had a great experience with Huff N Puff Fitness Repair. The company was very quick to respond and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They came out to diagnose my treadmill and quickly identified that the head unit was defective. They handled ordering the replacement under warranty and scheduled the follow-up visit promptly. Andrew H. came out to install the new unit, and he was extremely professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and answered any questions I had. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Huff N Puff Fitness Repair to anyone needing treadmill or fitness equipment repairs!

Huff-n-Puff was such a great company to work with. Justin B reached out before our appointment letting me know when he would arrive and was extremely helpful when he got to my house. He walked me through what was wrong with my treadmill, and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable and shared with me ways I can better care for and extend the life of my treadmill. I have already recommended Huff-n-Puff to family.

Don’t hesitate to call Huff-n-Puff if you need a treadmill repair. Claire from the office was super informative and found a hard to find walking belt for my 12 year old treadmill. The belt came quicker than expected and installer justin kept in touch with the installation date and time. Just was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He gave me some pointes on how to keep my treadmill running right. If I ever have another issue with my treadmill I will for sure call Huff-n-Puff again.

I had a broken bike & treadmill & Justin fixed it no problem! I had a previous repair person come in & he said the bike wasn't fixable but Justin proved that wrong really quickly! The customer service was great as well. If you are looking for a reliable company to fix your fitness equipment, I'd go with this company - they will fix it no problem.

Don and Justin were AMAZING. As a business owner myself, I can’t say enough about their professionalism, great personality, and expertise. They were quick, knowledgeable, and down to business. They took their time to help me understand the treadmill I purchased. I was nervous they weren’t going to be able to get my treadmill to our basement but in a blink of an eye they had it disassembled and down there. Fantastic service. Additionally- the communication throughout the entire process was smooth and clear. From start to finish- there was follow up, confirmation, and advance notice. The processes in place for this business are top notch. Fantastic work to the entire team!

Andrew H serviced a Sole E25 elliptical we’ve owned since 2021. It works better now than when we first got it. He corrected things on it that we didn’t even know needed to be done. He was fast, friendly, and gave us good advice on what we could do ourselves to keep it in good condition. The service fee was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Found them based on a google search for treadmill repair. My nordic track stopped inclining and was stuck. Our technician Don was great. Explained everything and was very polite and knowledgeable. Turned out it was the incline motor. He was able to order the part, install it, and now the treadmill runs great. Really good communication throughout. Texting/calling the day before and when they were on the way was great. Would definitely recommend. Very affordable

Andrew from Huff & Puff Fitness Repair came out to fix our Sole elliptical, and he was absolutely fantastic. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel like I needed an engineering degree just to follow along. He worked efficiently, had the parts and tools he needed, and had the machine running smoother than it has in years. On top of the great technical work, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Great service. Really excellent communication. I was running late due to a flat tire and they were super accommodating. Trey was very thorough and professional. Would you believe he has separate inside shoes?! Very respectful of our home. Diagnosed the problem. Waiting for quote and parts to decide about further repair as our equipment is quite old.

Our Sole F63 Treadmill started acting up by flickering the power on and off. A quick Google search found Huff-N-Puff and I placed an online request for service. The office responded within 30 minutes and was great in scheduling technician Don D. They even included a pic of Don, so I knew who to expect. Don called ahead of time to make sure I would be home and gave an estimate of arrival. He arrived even earlier than expected and was extremely professional. He explained every step of the process in diagnosing my issue. He contacted Sole to confirm warranty coverage of my failed circuit board...and also stated he would be the one to install the new one. I didn't have to work with anyone else but him. I highly recommend Huff-N-Puff...including Aurora & Claire in the office and Don in the field! A great team that made the disappointment of my failed treadmill - not so bad at all! Thanks Huff-N-Puff!

Called them to check/fix my treadmill. Customer service was FANTASTIC. They got back to me timely and consistently, scheduled a service call easily, sent a tech out who did everything to make sure I knew he was coming, when, and what he needed. Justin B. Showed up on time, ready to do what was needed. He explained all required fixes and related options. Took care to bring a set of ‘inside shoes’ to spare my floors - unnecessary but appreciated. Prices were reasonable for value provided. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again.

Ken C. did a fantastic job evaluating the condition of our 8-year-old treadmill. He pointed out that the machine's multiple problems presented a safety hazard and that while a repair was possible it was likely better to consider a new machine. Totally left the decision up to us, which we appreciated. Once we made the decision to replace rather than repair, he provided some excellent advice on matching our needs to a new machine. Overall, a satisfying experience with Huff-n-Puff.
