If I could give Hest Fitness a 10 star review, I would! From the start of this journey of building out a home gym, to picking out the equipment with Mike (who was very helpful) to the purchase and instillation of the gym floor from Tommy and his team, to the equipment delivery and install from Caleb and his team to the expert guidance and advice from Roland, this experience has been stellar. I can’t recommend them enough. I was a little nervous when starting out the process and thought I’d have to navigate the purchase and install of the equipment on my own but not at all. Hest Fitness is a white glove service that handles it all. To the Hest Team: thank you!

I went in to purchase some home gym equipment. Roland was just excellent in showing me a number of different options, and never pressured me into buying anything. He was really knowledgeable and in the end, I got exactly what I wanted at a better price than anywhere in town. So far (about 5 months later), I feel that it has been worth every penny and I would highly recommend Roland and Hest Fitness to anyone.

Amazing customer service from Mike and Carla. Received our treadmill and delivery service was fast and quick. We were in another store prior to this one and that person was trying to sell us the most expensive and keeps putting the cheapest treadmill into shame. We wanted something good but affordable but wasn't happy with $5k pricetag. But Mike was helpful and didn't try to force us to buy what we can't really afford. Thank you guys.

Great equipment, best and one of the only local places to get here in town. Not the cheap stuff. Service was good. Manager helped manage expectations and kept their promise to have it delivered 3-4 weeks.

I was in need of treadmill as I’m a caregiver and don’t have time to walk outdoors anymore. My in-laws recommended we go to Hest as they have the best quality equipment. Carl greeted us upon entering and listened to what I was looking for and offered several choices. He had me test out each one to make sure I picked out the one that worked best for me. He was friendly and didn’t push any sales. I appreciate his help and experience with picking out the right treadmill. The treadmill was delivered and set up by Ernest and Bruce who did an awesome job! That went as smooth as butter! I not only have a treadmill but Hest setting it up helped save me time and getting me back to walking that much faster.

The adjustable bench I bought from Hest is incredible. By far the most sturdy and solid bench I've owned. Shocked me how great the quality was. Customer service is VERY good. Quick with responses and eager to help me build my home gym. Will be buying more from them.

I recently ordered a smith squat machine for my little home training business. I contacted Joe because I’d worked with him before. He found exactly what I was looking for at the price I could afford. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived as well! Joe kept in contact with me every step of the way. Even the gentlemen delivering the machine were very nice! It was a great experience overall and I will definitely use them again!!

Roland did a fantastic job fixing my Smith Machine. He was quick and super friendly, highly recommend this gentleman to anyone looking for repairs. Will definitely return with my business.

Everything started rocky in the beginning due to a bunch of miscommunication. I must say though that the manager, Eric, made it right and because of him, we went from being very upset customers to satisfied customers and will now purchase more items from HEST in the future. Thank you Eric for taking the time to make sure that we were thoroughly happy. The installers were also very personable and professional but they did install a few things backwards on the bench & other items so when you set the bench flat it just collapses which could have injured us.

Initial staff answering phone and scheduling appt with Roland was great - but 2 weeks after Roland came out to check out my treadmill he sends me a text saying he could not locate a replacement belt - I went online and found a belt - literally with 30 seconds.

I went to as HEST fitness first to buy a tredmill and the salesman there actually made me not wnt to buy anything, he was cocky, didn't listen to what I want kept trying to sell me expensive equipment I didn't even want.. I left super upset and dissapointed and went to fitness in motion and they were the total opposite. Friendly, not pushy and very helpful.. I ended up buying a 2,200 tredmill from them! And I'm going back for more equipment.. even the their delivery guys are friendly... I'm glad i didn't buy from hest fitness

They sell high end exercise equipment. Very nice selection and offers delivery and set up Salesman was very helpful and polite.

Very helpful and informative. Their customer service was a nice change. I will go back when I am ready to buy!
