I live in Park Triangle, a building this company services the gym equipment for (or, more accurately, doesn't service). They installed a bike 5 or 6 months ago and despite being broken since day one, they've refused to fix it.
Terrible service and would recommend anyone looking for a gym build-out go somewhere else.

via GoogleIf I could leave 1 star i would. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I put in a service request for a commercial treadmill months ago and it is still not resolved. I receive the run around every time I speak with the service department. If there is another vendor available in your area I would highly suggest using them instead of Heartline.
