I have been using H&F to service the equipment at both of my gyms for the past 5-6 months. Dave is very easy to reach and quick to respond. They always come out to check/service my concerns in a very reasonable time, often even sooner than I'd expect. All of their staff I have met so far have been very friendly, helpful, and take the time to thoroughly explain the problem/solution. These past few years have been difficult to find quality, reliable service (in just about any area), and it is refreshing to work with people who do good work, and actually seem to care about getting me up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you to Dave and the service team for making my equipment repairs much less of a headache!

Dave was very helpful and responsive through email. He answered all of the questions I had and made sure I understood everything before scheduling service. For the service, they sent Davonte and Jeremy to come do maintenance on my treadmill and cable machine. Not only did they complete the maintenance in a timely manner, they also educated me on what I should be checking monthly to make sure the equipment remains safe to use. Very nice guys! I would recommend this company to everyone - whether it be for maintenance or to purchase equipment! Thanks again!

I had a Treadmill for 23 years! It finally stopped working! I bought one from a local Retail store. It shook when I was using it, squeaked, and did not seem right. The store picked it up and sent another. It made more noise! I asked the installer what was going on! He said the noise was natural. I told him I could not believe his story. It sounded like a freight train dropping bolts on the floor! He was not happy that I did not believe his pitch! He raised his voice and said he was not lying! He was not pleasant. I told him no one would buy that story and to take his treadmill and return it. He went to his truck, called someone, and after at least 15 mins. on the phone took the treadmill and left . I contacted many other stores, visited them, but I was not comfortable with their sales pitch. Finally I remembered the Health and Fitness equipment store on Curtis Blvd., in Eastlake Ohio where we purchased equipment years ago. WOW! What a difference. Dave Sova, owner, did not need to use a sales pitch. He was Professional all the way with the Knowledge to back it up!! He listened to my needs and suggested a couple Treadmills, with no pressure. I love my Spirit Fitness treadmill . I would recommend his store to anyone looking for Fitness equipment! He was a joy to work with! No pressure! Just Professionalism, Quality, and Honesty , is what he sells! And equipment, too!

Over the past 15 years, they have helped me with my changing home gym needs. I started with an elliptical and free weights - body solid rack system. Now, I’ve changed to a functional trainer and treadmill. They helped me decide which manufactures and styles were best for my needs. They also took care of removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. Could not be happier with everyone at this location.

I called with questions regarding a Treadmill that was purchased from here. The manager David Sova barely gave me the time of day. Literally told me to Google my questions and he had to go to take another call. He could have put me on hold or took my information. Very rude I would never recommend them to anyone.
