Great company! Wouldn't use any other gym maintenance company other than Gym-Worx! Fast service and reasonable prices. Thank you for all the great service you give us here at Snap Fitness Greenwell Springs! You're the best! 2026 update....don't like posting any bad reviews. But this company has really changed its business model. Not small business friendly anymore. At all.

Spectrum Fitness & Medical Wellness has used multiple equipment vendors over the years, but none have ever provided the service and professionalism that Gym-Worx offers. It is a huge challenge for us to keep such a large group of equipment in working order and Gym-Worx helps us do our best for our members. Many times nobody sees all of the intricacies involved in fixing and maintaining machines that are so heavily used and abused on a daily basis, but we as owners/operators of the gym know exactly how much work, effort, and skill it takes. Thank you Gym-Worx. It may be a 'thankless' job most of the time but we appreciate everything you do for our clubs and our members.

I have used gym worx for over 4 years to repair the workout equipment in my gym. The first 2 years went great, but these past 2 years have been terrible. It takes on average 1 - 2 months to fix 1 machine. I had them repair the cable on my leg press and it took the part 2 weeks to come in and once it came in it was the wrong part. Finally, when the right part came in they repaired the machine incorrectly. It took 2 months to fix the machine and I didn't receive a discount. The latest issue was that it took them 1 whole month to fix another one of my machines. The communication was terrible. I actually had to contact them 2 times to get an update on the ordered part. They gave me tracking information on the part and never called me to schedule the repair. I had to reach out to them. This service is not worth the hundreds of dollars they charge you.

Nothing but qualified and competent professionals at Gym-Worx! Especially in the front office. I have used Gym-worx for the past 3 years and have no complaints. Putting the customer first is there # 1 priority. Paige is so friendly and respectful and has shown us nothing but professionalism and leadership.

I've had a few interactions with the folks at Gym-Worx. No matter who you speak to, they are always polite and outgoing and take the time to listen.

My husband had been corresponding with them about a piece of gym equipment they had for sale on facebook marketplace. He said he would meet us after three and we drove 2.5 hours to get there. He changed time to 4 then at 4:22 my husband called to see why he wasnt there. He said he was on his way but it would be 40 minutes. We were frustrated to have made such a long drive to wait. My husband told him to call us when he arrived and we left baton rouge at 9pm. No call, no text. Do not trust them

The staff is awesome! Call because I had a question regarding servicing equipment, and the receptionist was able to help me by answering all of my questions and direct me to the right person. The staff is excellent, and I look forward to working with them further, in the future.

They never emailed me or called me back and I’d really like to use their services. I called on the phone and talked to someone. She took my name number and email and I’m still waiting. That was 4 weeks ago.

Gym Worx is the BEST! They do awesome work and the staff is so helpful! Definitely recommend them!
