Nate was amazing to work with on my home treadmill repair. He reached out immediately after my estimate request, was able to get out to my house in a reasonable time, and explained everything thoroughly, as well as offered maintenance tips for the future. He also gave me a very small window of time in which he would be visiting on appointment day and text exact time of arrival an hour prior to the appointment, which was super nice so I could plan out the rest of my day without having to sit at home questioning when he was coming. These guys have been great to work with. The treadmill part replacement was pricey because it is discontinued and we opted for repair.. However, they did not charge us until we tested the repair for a couple of weeks and offered to come back no charge to fix a squeak. Good honest guys..

I did not hire these guys, I was walking on a machine next to one they were repairing. I couldn’t help but notice all the extra things this guy was doing to get the job done correctly. Aligning the drive belt, cleaning the machine when he was done, cleaning the floor where he was working. I don’t know him but as a fellow technician, I know they do great work.

Fantastic company to work with! Our StairMaster broke and they were able to come out the next day to fix it. They were very professional and also asked if we needed any other equipment fixed. In and out in less than an hour!

Gym works Inc, is a great company. They are a little higher in price but bring higher quality.
