Gym works Inc, is a great company. They are a little higher in price but bring higher quality.
Great company to work with. Gave an honest assessment of my broken treadmill.
Nate was amazing to work with on my home treadmill repair. He reached out immediately after my estimate request, was able to get out to my house in a reasonable time, and explained everything thoroughly, as well as offered maintenance tips for the future. He also gave me a very small window of time in which he would be visiting on appointment day and text exact time of arrival an hour prior to the appointment, which was super nice so I could plan out the rest of my day without having to sit at home questioning when he was coming. Overall, awesome service and would highly
The team at Gymworks is top notch. They take great care in making sure they work with integrity, timeliness, and get the job done right. I’ve used Gymworks since 2007 and have never found a reason to look elsewhere for gym repair work. They help to keep our Woodway Treadmills and exercise machines at Performance Running Gym in good working shape for our dedicated members.
I did not hire these guys, I was walking on a machine next to one they were repairing. I couldn’t help but notice all the extra things this guy was doing to get the job done correctly. Aligning the drive belt, cleaning the machine when he was done, cleaning the floor where he was working. I don’t know him but as a fellow technician, I know they do great work.
You won’t find a better small business than Gym Works Inc and Nathan Koontz and his crew! If you’re in need of exercise repair or maintenance look no further. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and hardworking. However, what really makes them stick out is how courteous they are, how well they communicate, and how they go the extra mile to accommodate their customer. Gym Works did some repair and maintenance to my Woodway treadmill and I’m grateful for their service. Thank you!!!
These guys have been great to work with. The treadmill part replacement was pricey because it is discontinued and we opted for repair.. However, they did not charge us until we tested the repair for a couple of weeks and offered to come back no charge to fix a squeak. Good honest guys..
Great company to work with!!!! My Woodway treadmill needed a new belt and they were on time, efficient, polite and clean!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
Fantastic company to work with! Our StairMaster broke and they were able to come out the next day to fix it. They were very professional and also asked if we needed any other equipment fixed. In and out in less than an hour!
