Gym Works

I called Gym Works today to fix my 30 year old Stairmaster 4000 PT. They are punctual and arrived exactly on time. They are great guys, friendly, honest and fixed my Stairmaster promptly. They also gave it a maintenance check-up as well. Great service and highly recommended.

Gym Works just put my leg press/hacksquat machine together. They said they would arrive at 8:25 am They pulled up at 8:23am, awesome. They were very courteous, professional, and somewhat fast. I used to own a gym, and with all the pieces provided, I thought it would take me and my son a half a day and a few cold ones. The 2 of them were done in slightly over 2 hours, and after words, my floor looked cleaner, than before their arrival. They also completely demoed the model upon the conclusion of the assembly. Best of all, they charged less than half of what their local competitor wanted. Great Job guys., I will definitely employ you again.

We needed GymWorks for a repair to our very outdated treadmill. Chad and John came and got it in working order in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and timely. Their prices are very reasonable considering what a new treadmill would cost today. I can’t wait to use our “almost new” treadmill tomorrow especially since it even sounds more efficient. Thanks, guys. Will recommend you to anyone who needs service in a minute….

Gym Works has service locations in various counties of Florida and these appear on their general homepage. Movers had recently moved household furniture including an elliptical and bicycle machine to a home in Citrus County but refused to move the elliptical into a room of the house saying it wouldn't fit and left it on the lanai. I searched with Google for exercise equipment movers in Citrus County and Gym Works Citrus County webpage appeared. I called them, explained what I needed and two gentlemen arrived and knew exactly what to do to get the equipment through the hallway and doors. They disassembled minimal parts, moved the equipment and re-assembled the machine in one of the most efficient moving operation I have seen. I was charged $225; a reasonable charge given the complexity of the equipment and environment. I would definitely use them again if I need to and highly recommend them.

My Elliptical was making a strange noise and the movement was rough. Called Gym Works, and had them come out and see what the issue was. they arrived when they said they would be there. they were very polite and professional, did not take them long to find the issue. Once they were done the Elliptical functioned like new even the movement was smoother then brand new. I would recommend this company to any private or business for all your gym maintenance and repair needs! Veteran owned and operated which is a huge plus to me, professional, and reasonably priced.

Very, very poor service. They charge you $184 just to tell you what the problem is in five minutes, without offering a solution because they don’t have the part with them. Then they say if they come back, they’ll charge you another $184 on top of the cost of the part. Be very careful with these people. I do not recommend them. Learn something: if you don’t fix anything, you CAN’T charge.

We have had issues for over a year on our Reclining bike…Nordic Track. NT sent another company here twice…unable to correct the tension. On the 3rd try they sent two “genius” guys who assessed the problem…ordered the parts…came back and now the bike can we used. Thank you GYM WORKS …for these outstanding Service guys…We will definitely call you when in need . We highly recommend GYM WORKS.

Absolutely the best. Purchased a Nordictrack Commercial 1750 that was not initially set up correctly. Chad and John worked with me to come right after Christmas and get my machine running. Very professional and knowledgeable!! Will definitely recommend them and use GymWorks for all my maintenance needs.

From the time I called Nordictrack to open up a repair work order, to the day they came, everything was timely, and as promised. Chad, the owner and one of his workers, didnt catch the name, came to repair my Nordictrack Elliptical. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They took less than 45 mins to fix my elliptical issue. They even went as far as helping me move my equipment to the desired position I wanted it. I highly highly recommend this equipment service, they really know what they are doing. Thank you again guys, greatly appreciated. I hope to use them again in the future should any issues arise!

Chad and John did a great job replacing the motor and doing the routine maintenance on our Nordic Track treadmill. They were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Gym Works.

Gym works hands down has the best technicians , and I think my technician is the best of the best. His name is Chad, but I call him "RadChad" because he is "radically: amazing at all facets of his job. This guy literally called me seconds, and I mean seconds after I got off the phone with the warranty company for damage to my stationary bike, to let me know that he would be my technician, and he would be monitoring delivery of my parts so he can expedite setting an appointment with me to mitigate downtime. Chad kept his word, which is a rarity today, and stayed on top of the part delivery process, scheduled the appointment and got my bike running again in just a few days. During the diagnosis process he identified some worn parts that could cause additional issues in the future. Did Chad kick the can down the road or give me extra work and aggravation to call back the warranty company and waste another 4 hours of my life? Nope!!! Chad said he would notify the warranty company and have them ship me the additional parts , so he could schedule another trip to install the new parts. I appreciate Chad's proactiveness, professionalism , his technical aptitude, follow through and customer service. He is truly the best technician I have ever worked with bar none !!!!

These guys are awesome. They have come out a few times. Very knowledgeable and fixed all my issues with boy my treadmill and my rower. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for future repair work I need! Thanks!!!

I had Chad out for routine maintenance at my facility today. I was blown away with his strong attention to detail, he was extremely thorough with each piece of equipment. The process of getting set up for quarterly maintenance could not have been easier. As a busy small business owner, being able to do everything via text and email made my life so much easier. I can’t recommend Chad from Gym Works enough!

Once I got NordicTrack to set up the appointment and send the parts, they were out in 48 hours, explained the issue and resolution and fixed it quickly. The rower works as intended now and I would highly recommend Gym Works!
