It’s been a great experience from top to bottom. From purchase to delivery very professional. Everything went smoothly.
via GoogleWorking with Gym Tech has made my job so significantly easier because they consistently follow up and follow through on service and questions. I've worked with a few different companies before them and consistently had issues with communication and follow up. Shoutout to Josh for consistently exceptional customer service. I don't have great knowledge of equipment and it would probably be pretty easy to rip me off, but they've always been honest and thorough in their explanations and options. I would strongly recommend working with them to anyone with gym needs.
via GoogleGym tech is by far the best company I have ever used to repair my treadmill and elliptical! They were prompt, extremely professional, very friendly, and fixed my treadmill with no problem. Their prices were some of the best I’ve seen on the market. I would 100% recommend using this company for anything you need regarding workout equipment. I will definitely call them again if I ever need treadmill assistance.
via GoogleI submitted a request for service and had a response within an hour. We discussed the issues with my treadmill and ultimately decided it would not make sense to repair. They were very honest and professional. Should we ever have issues with any home gym technology in the future, we will without a doubt be using this company.
via GoogleBe prepared to overpay! We paid over $800 for a diagnostic visit and 2 follow ups which did not correct the problem. Fitness Machine Technicians came once and fixed it for $329. Buyer beware. When I called to discuss the large bills, explaining that someone else fixed it much cheaper, he had no interest in working with me. I’m reasonable and very fair. I will never use them again.
via GoogleThis is my first google review! I was hoping I didn’t need to replace my really expensive commercial treadmill but after calling the manufacturer and several repair companies it seemed like the parts I needed would cost way too much. Somehow I decided to try one more company and honestly I couldn’t be more grateful to Sal!! He listened to everything I said and told me all I needed was a new belt even though I insisted the manufacturer said more parts were needed. Of course I wanted to save money but I also really wanted the job to get done properly. Sal told me to trust him and I’m glad I did! Within less than a week he had my treadmill up and running while saving me money!! Many thanks also to Luke, the technician that did the best job in record timing!!
via GoogleTop recommended company!! Not only they get the job done right they are very efficient! This is the second time I call them in regards to our gym machines and it’s worth it! Reasonable prices!! Technician Mikhail it’s always a pleasure working with you, very professional!!
via GoogleSal was easy to work with and his crew did a great job. We needed to move a Cybex Bravo fitness machine from the house we are selling to our new house. I was nervous the machine would take a beating getting out of our basement but they got it done. They also could not have been nicer - - they were more focused on positioning the machine properly in our new home than I was even though every move of just a few inches was a lot of extra work for them. Would use them again for a move or servicing.
via GoogleFor the price of a new treadmill, you to can have them order you a part for a broken treadmill, come to your house just to tell you that they need a new part and can’t fix it and charge you for the part and visit. Then follow it up with, if you want them to fix it you’ll have to order another part so they can charge you again for the second part the second service visit. Like I said, the cost of a whole new treadmill.
via GoogleThis company is phenomenal. They not only get our machines fixed quickly its also done right the first time. I have used them well over 15 times and they never disappoint. I would recommend them for any type of equipment servicing. They also communicate very well and within a reasonable amount of time.
via GoogleIf you own a gym or need equipment fixed, maintained, replaced - Gym Tech is the ONLY place to go. I've owned my gym for 6+ years and ran another facility before that. Everything works - 99% of the time - b/c I have a service agreement with Gym Tech. For the 1% of the time that a piece goes down (treadmill, spin bike, resistance machines, elipticals, stepmills, etc) - Gym Tech gets to me in a day or two, diagnoses, gets me the price and fixes as quickly as humanly possible. And - if it can't be fixed - I trust them 100% with the diagnosis and all pricing.
via GoogleThese guys are unbelievably awesome!!!! They came to my apartment within 2 days of my call for a Waterrower and elliptical repair. They replaced my Waterrower's tank, gave it a full tune up and where other companies tried to sell me a new elliptical, they only charged me $100 to fix the elliptical's problem (on the spot) - efficiently, professionally and with a smile! I originally emailed after hours and the owner responded within minutes. Unfortunately, the elliptical crashed a few weeks later (I probably did something stupid) and the day after I called Gym Tech back, Victor came over and repaired the machine once again - and didn't even charge me!! I cannot recommend Gym Tech highly enough. They are honest and very knowledgeable. Oh - in looking at other customers' reviews, my sentiments are shared by people that actually have brains. Carla and Starkk - you get what you pay for. Shame on you for trashing a legitimate "small shop" business because you are cheap. If one reads Carla's other reviews, she trashes a Carvel!!! Seriously? Who in their right mind would trash an honest American company that has provided Fudgie The Whale fun to generations? Carla - do us all a favor and delete your account. You are misleading. (Starkk - please do the same? Your review history is incredible and embarrassing, not only because you cannot even spell "Stark". What a clown.)
via GoogleFantastic Service . Was having a resistance issue with my bowflex max trainer. Sal had a technician at the house within 48 hours . Technician was prompt , practiced all pandemic protocols ( mask , gloves) and quickly diagnosed , explained and fixed the issue . Very satisfied with Gym Tech. Highly recommend. John F — Flushing
via GoogleIn my experience, this is a dishonest company. Charged us $195 to tell us what we had already told them, or could have easily sent a picture, that the chain on a rowing machine was broken. Then, the quote for repair included unnecessary fixes, including a new computer for the machine, which was almost brand new. Then wanted another service charge to go fix the chain. Find another company to repair your exercise equipment.
via GoogleYou guys did a terrific job on our new gym! The whole building loves it and now has no excuses to skip the gym. The trainer you sent was a great perk as well. Nice work Gym Tech crew!
via GoogleThis guy was sent by Nordictrack company to repair my New tradmill. Very patient and professional, got the job done very well within 20mins. I recommend him.
via GoogleGreat service! Very professional and the owner personally contacted me to make sure I was treated with great care! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Please don’t go anywhere else unless you want to be ripped off.
via GoogleI call to fix my treadmill over the phone they said 300 very overprice well when they guy got to my house he didn’t fix the treadmill then he told me it was 345 over the phone someone told me 300 that’s way to much money for just 20 minutes to tell me you need part just for a check up very very unfair and unprofessional from the people on the customer service side because the guy did he’s thing but very overprice with debit card 375 cash 345
via GoogleChris from Gym Tech is probably one of the technicians I trust handling our equipment in the residential building.
via GoogleExcellent service. Knowledgeable. Tony was very nice and helpful. He was easy to reach if I had question or concern. I highly recommend....
