Great place and very knowledgeable, helpful staff

We had a great experience with Gym Tech in Greenwich. We recently moved and were looking for a treadmill with a smaller footprint that would fit in our new space. Carlos was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of time and information in the store, helping us understand our options and allowing us to test different models. Delivery was seamless, with a delivery crew who were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. We were in good hands from start to finish with this purchase and love it!

I was looking to replace my True treadmill with either elliptical or stairmaster due to my knee issues. After I mentioned John about my situation he recommended AMT instead. He gave me very comprehensive comparisons which I found super helpful. Carlos gave me tutorials on the machine and was never pushy. I’m very happy with the equipment so far, easy on my knees and def getting quality workout. Thank you!!!

So fortunate to have found Gym Tech and Carlos Lopez to equip our home gym. Gym Tech had a great selection of high-end equipment at an excellent price point. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand our fitness level and goals and guided us to the ideal set-up. He thoroughly explained each piece of equipment and the key differences to help us choose the ones best for us. Our gym purchases included a cable machine, smith machine, treadmill, elliptical, bike, dumbbell pairs from 3-100 lbs, and weight plates as well as storage. It was a lot of equipment for a modest space and Carlos, using a design program, came up with a perfect configuration. We purchased the equipment before our space was ready and it took longer than we thought before we were ready to take delivery. Carlos kept in touch regularly and, when our space was finished, he arranged for prompt delivery. The delivery experience was first rate, everything was set-up according to plan. The delivery/set-up crew had to move a lot of bulky heavy things through some narrow areas and they took great pains to avoid scratching or dinging anything.

Great experience. I wanted a piece of equipment that is high quality. I made an appointment with Carlos and then promptly hurt my knee before the appointment. When I had to put off testing out the equipment, Carlos was the right amount of follow-up without being pushy. Great piece of equipment, excellent communication from Carlos and the delivery team. Easy recommendation.

Gym Tech found a stationery bike for me immediately when I walked in. In just half an hour I had selected and purchased the bike. Staff also strove to ensure that delivery could be expedited. I was delighted with my experience, especially since I live so close to GymTech in Greenwich. I did not expect to find a good local gym source.

I bought a Precor functional trainer from this store recently. While in the store Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have top tier products that are gym quality. The Gym Tech Tech team was fantastic from beginning to end!! It started with a consult with Carlos Lopez (who has been excellent) describing the room size, our needs/wants and working together to figure out the best equipment for the space (18x18). We had a ton of delays in our construction, and had to reschedule delivery a few times, and it was never a problem.
