His knowledge about so many different brands and features was incredibly impressive and made the decision so much easier. We felt fully informed, never pressured, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Great experience. I wanted a piece of equipment that is high quality. I made an appointment with Carlos and then promptly hurt my knee before the appointment. When I had to put off testing out the equipment, Carlos was the right amount of follow-up without being pushy. Great piece of equipment, excellent communication from Carlos and the delivery team. Easy recommendation.

He understood our needs and budget and provided a few options though clearly directed us towards the best machine for our budget/needs (True). He was very knowledgeable and spent time answering questions. Purchasing and delivery process were just as seamless.

From the first email I sent asking about equipment to their follow up after delivery, every single detail was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Gym Tech found a stationery bike for me immediately when I walked in. In just half an hour I had selected and purchased the bike. Staff also strove to ensure that delivery could be expedited. It started with a consult with Carlos Lopez (who has been excellent) describing the room size, our needs/wants and working together to figure out the best equipment for the space (18x18). Carlos came up with an excellent design that we are so happy with. And the service was top notch. We had a ton of delays in our construction, and had to reschedule delivery a few times, and it was never a problem.
