Recently moved and my sole elliptical needed some regular maintenance. Had used a different company previously and was bummed when I kept getting the runaround on scheduling, including a no show where I had take time off work to be available. I have had my machine for a while and use it religiously. It is hard me to trust repair companies who have claimed they know certain products when past issues weren’t resolved and then I am out money and time. Happy to report that Gym Provisions did NOT disappoint. Professional from the start, prompt, and courteous. Knowledgeable about my specific machine. Very reasonable costs. They even managed to schedule me same day. I had been waiting around for over a week for someone to come out, during which time I didn’t feel comfortable using the machine, so for Gym Provisions to come out instantly was above and beyond. I really appreciate it. The tech Darren was amazing and immediately dived in. He clearly knew what he was doing - again, which has not been the case with prior companies who have come out and actually damaged the machine. Thank you Darren and thank you Gym Provisions for making this process easy, effortless on my end, and for saving me time.

I had such a great experience with this company assembling my home gym! They were extremely professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They did a wonderful job putting everything together and even came back afterward to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. Darren arrived at my home three hours earlier than expected I believe which was awesome. He did great work. The treadmill runs perfectly now. Looks brand new works great. The price was more than fair and this company is highly reputable. I will do business with them again, and I recommend them to anyone who needs gym equipment, assembled, serviced, or maintained or repaired.

My sole f63 suddenly shut down on during a Saturday work out. Recommended by AI, I called gym precision right away. Danny scheduled me on the immediate Monday afternoon for diagnosis. Darren showed up with all the great manners, experience and problem solving skills and enthusiasm (to help) one would love to have from a technician! He literally spotted the problem within minutes-a true wow moment to see the dead machine back to live that quickly! He even did extra work cleaning the inside of the machine where motor sits, lubricated the belts, and offered help reaching out to manufacturers for a new motor using the warranty (not the problem the service is called on). I truly feel lucky to have reached out to them not others and grateful they are available near my area.

So happy to have found Gym Provisions. I have dealt with 2 other gym repair companies and have had not so great results. One stripped a screw didnt admit it and said cable didnt need replacing. The other would come and say I can't find anything or nothing is wrong. I would have to call and call to get a status on parts. Gym provisions qas super responsive, friendly and found the issue on my elliptical and fee was only service. Thanks bunches, you guys are my go to going forward.

Excellent experience with Gym Provisions! Darren came out and performed a full maintenance service on my treadmill, including cleaning, lubrication, belt alignment, and troubleshooting a noise issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated that he didn’t rush the job. He carefully diagnosed the problem, made adjustments, and even identified how the floor was affecting the belt alignment. My treadmill is running much better now. Love the text message ETA, easy Zelle payment too! Danny was also wonderful to work with, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from the first phone call. I had my treadmill serviced and moved to another location in my home. The installers Lorenzo, Eric and George were the best. Very professional. Making an appointment with Danny was easy. He worked with me to have the service when it was convenient for my schedule. I plan to use them in the future for scheduled maintenance.

Darren arrived on time, was very professional and easy-going and set to work immediately servicing our X1 elliptical trainer. Some parts were needed and had to be ordered for this legacy machine Life Fitness refused to support. We are eager for Darren to return and complete the service. We are very happy with this company, it’s excellent communication and prompt response to our plea for help. A+ all the way.

These guys did the impossible. I have a Peloton Tread, which is known for being extremely heavy - over 300lbs. I also have 50 stairs leading up to my Mt. Washington home. When I bought the Tread, getting it up the stairs and into the house was a Herculean effort. So when I moved, I called Gym Provisions hoping they’d make the job of bringing it down the stairs easier. Easier is an understatement. Two guys came, disassembled it, moved it across town and reassembled it in about 90 minutes. The price was completely reasonable, and the guys were punctual and cordial. I was impressed by their strength and precision. If you need to move a heavy piece of gym equipment - don’t hesitate to call them. This was a 10/10 experience for me and such a relief to find total professionals capable of a very difficult job. THANK YOU!

This company is outstanding. I have a very specialized Gravitron machine from several decades ago and I needed it serviced. Darren, the technician, was very familiar with this machine and did a fabulous job…very thorough and meticulous. He arrived on time, worked diligently and showed familiarity with this machine and many others he has worked on over the years. The price point was extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Give them a call.

I had an awesome experience with GYM PROVISIONS. The fellas helped me get my home Pilates machine tuned up and gliding smooth again. Darren came by the house and spent a good 30-45 minutes walking me through everything .. checking the springs, cleaning the rails, and showing me exactly which sprays and cleaners keep it in peak shape . He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel simple. Really appreciated the great conversation and the care he put into the work. Highly recommend. Very friendly team all around. Danny helped me coordinate the visit and was awesome to chat with on the phone.

From my initial phone call with Danny, to the arrival and work by the technician, Erik, my experience with Gym Provisions has been top notch. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, Erik re-cabled my 32 year old universal gym and refurbished it. The price seemed very fair. I highly recommend them and will call them again for any repairs or new gym equipment I need.

Recently moved to a new city, and the movers disassembled my Hoist home gym--but did not reassemble it in the new house, leaving me with a huge pile of individual parts. Not to mention a 250 lb wight stack that I couldn't possibly maneuver myself. We called Danny at Gym Provisions and he sent a whole crew, three people, to do the reassembly. These guys were great--very nice, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. They clearly knew their way around the equipment and made quick work of the reassembly, including the inevitable shifting around to ensure proper placement. The price was also very reasonable, particularly for three guys. I highly recommend Gym Provisions for all types of gym-related service. Next up we will have them repair our elliptical...

I contacted Gym Provisions because I needed help opening and replacing the springs of my Pilates reformer machine. The original springs were extremely stiff, and due to the design of the machine, I couldn’t remove them myself. Gym Provisions replied immediately to my message — they asked for photos to assess the situation, provide a quote, and confirm if the job could be done on-site. Darren came the very next business day and honestly made the impossible happen! He managed to open the closed loops on six springs and replace them perfectly with my new ones. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism — they did exactly what they promised, quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Gym Provisions to anyone needing help or service for gym or fitness equipment.

I bought a Pilates reformer and tower and needed help with assembly. Danny was very cordial on the phone and was able to make an appointment for me the very next day. Eric arrived on time and took his time with assembly and made sure I knew where all the springs etc where at. They both were very quick to help and very knowledgeable.
