Used Gym Precision to repair the burned out motor in my Life Fitness E1 elliptical. They were very professional, quick to respond (both via phone and email) and up front about the costs. I was able to schedule a visit for them to drop by my house to do the repair, which was very convenient. We weren't entirely sure what the issue would be, but thankfully they came prepared with a replacement motor, so they were able to get everything done in one visit. I'm happy I called them and will definitely be using them again if I end up needing any more repairs in the future!

With Covid ongoing, I was on the market specifically for a used Precor recumbent which, brand new, can run $3-5k. Found Gym Precision on the web, got in contact with Rick, and ended up getting an amazing deal on a several year old model after checking it out down at the store. Because Gym Precision is a certified service shop, the unit was basically reconditioned and as smooth as the ones at my old gym. Rick was then also able to squeeze me in for next day delivery. All around stellar service and will be calling them again if I need maintenance or more equipment. On top of all this, Rick also just seems like a genuinely nice guy.

My experience at Precision Gym Equipment has been great! I have been looking to purchase a Precor AMT Elliptical for several years now but due to the price of new models being cost prohibitive, I wanted to buy used. What always stopped me before was my fear that the sellers weren't trustworthy or they were so far away that shipping would be hundreds of dollars.
