Gulf Coast Fitness Service

Do not use this company. They overcharge for their services but also do a terrible job of servicing the equipment. I requested they tell me ahead of time when they were coming for maintenance so I could go over equipment concerns - they never told me they were coming and claimed to have completed the maintenance yet all my machines looked completely untouched. I have 24/7 access with a keyfob so they had access but my security cameras do not show them there working when they claimed to have been. I bought used equipment from them but the products they delivered were either not the correct item or broken. It has been embarrassing because my clients have been excited about the products we promoted only to find out it was broken from day one. They are unresponsive, they have horrible customer service...the list goes on. Trust me, use ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY!

Gulf Coast fitness just installed a beautiful treadmill for my home. They were absolutely professional in everything they did. Tight squeeze but they made it fit!! Eron and his team are incredible!! So pleased to do business with Gulf Coast Fitness and am looking forward to many years of doing business with such a honest, dependable and professional company.
