Golden Gate Fitness Repair absolutely saved us. After multiple cancellations from both Tonal and NordicTrack’s third-party teams due to lack of manpower, I was scrambling to find someone who could handle a very complicated gym move. We needed a full disassembly, transport, and reassembly of an 850+ lb treadmill along with a Tonal system from Napa to Sonoma, not an easy job. Jamie and his team stepped in without hesitation and handled everything flawlessly. They were incredibly knowledgeable, precise, professional, and clearly experienced with high-end gym equipment. The level of care and execution was honestly impressive from start to finish. What could have been a stressful nightmare turned into a smooth, well-coordinated move because of them. I already have Jamie saved in my contacts for future gym moves and flooring projects. Finding reliable vendors like this is rare, highly recommend Golden Gate Fitness Repair.

We used Golden Gate Fitness Repair for relocation of our cable machine. This is a huge machine I’m talking about. These guys did a great job with uninstall, relocation and reinstall. Fair prices and transparent communication! They even made sure the machine was working smoothly and safely before leaving. I recommend this company!

I had a very disappointing experience with Golden Gate Fitness Repair. From the start, communication was slow and unclear. It took multiple follow-ups just to get a response, and even then, the information provided was vague. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Golden Gate Fitness Repair. Between the poor communication, and not showing up on promised dates.

Jaime and Antonio are amazing movers, they moved many heavy pieces of furniture down several flights of stairs and up many flight of stairs over the years for me. I have had them help me move things for the last 10 year and they never let me down. They have moved mattress's and flipped mattress over the years for me as it is just to difficult to get friends or family to help with flipping a mattress and boy does it extend the life of a mattress!!!! They carried and installed my Life Fitness Ark Trainer up a very steep narrow staircase with never a scratch or chip to walls or paint, and I have never had a problem with My Life Fitness Ark Trainer since the installation, the guys are Pro's with the installation and repair of Gym Equipment!! Jaime and Antonio, helped when I needed to style my home with rearranging and moving my furniture around my home, they also removed and got rid of pieces I no longer needed. I have beautiful freshly painted white walls in my home, and I am a neat-nik and perfectionist myself, so I am very particular about only using the best Movers, Jaime and Antonio pride themselves with their attention to detail and safety so not to ding or chip painted walls or wooden stairs. They are polite, professional and just really nice people, I highly recommend them for any moving or installation of furniture or Gym Equipment moves or repairs!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.!!!

What a great find. A good friend referred them after they installed a Titan trainer for him. I happened to be there when they arrived and got to see the finished product. I ordered my own Titan Functional trainer and called Jaime to assemble it. I’ve assembled a lot of gym equipment myself c but after watching them assemble my friends, I was confident that though done right. Great communication prior to day of assembly. They arrived on time, listened to me attentively, had me take a look before loading the weights and tightening everything, cleaned up, and came up with a great solution for my uneven floors. I could not be more pleased with the company and their knowledge of putting the Titan trainer together. It took about an hour or less. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen their work, and it will not be the last. Thank you for doing such a great job.

We had a Peloton bike moved to an 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and Golden Gate Fitness did a spectacular job. You can trust them to protect your bike. They really know how to move difficult items. We would certainly use them again. Plus they are really good people to work with!!! You too can trust them!!!

I had a brand-new NordicTrack X24 treadmill, and they carefully moved all the components to the setup location and had everything assembled and running smoothly in no time. I reached out to GG Fitness Repair to assemble a rack/rig for my Sports PT facility. Jaime and his team have an excellent dedication to customer service. He is very prompt with answering phone calls and text messages, even returning a call to me on Thanksgiving day. This was very important as I needed this project done ASAP. GG Fitness Repair worked efficiently and effectively every step of the way. They made sure the end product was put together safely and exactly as it should be. Additionally, they are a great resource for other services (mirror orders/installations, moving services, and even cleanup). They go above and beyond to give the customer the best experience and results, and I will be reaching out to them again in the future!

Jaime and his team helped move a very heavy commercial Precor treadmill down three flights of narrow twisty stairs from my third-floor apartment to a basement gym. They showed up on time, and obviously knew the specific treadmill model very well. They took it apart very carefully, and planned out their move to avoid damaging the machine, the walls, or the floors. They put it back together just as carefully, and verified that everything worked with me before leaving. I'm very happy with the end result, and would definitely use them again.

Hands down the best customer service experience. Jaime and his team were so helpful, friendly, professional, and prompt. They fixed our Pelaton treadmill so quickly and their communication and follow up far exceeded our expectations! Jaime and his associates are skilled and reliable, and their work is excellent. They’ve done several jobs for me, including repairing and installing exercise equipment and replacing an old carpet and mat with new interlocking foam tiles in a home gym. Jaime knows fitness products and he gave me good information about kinds of flooring, and about whether to repair or replace a couple of older machines. He and his crew are great to work with. They’re steady and thoughtful, they clean up thoroughly, and the cost is very reasonable. Top recommendation!

I reached out to GG fitness repair to move an elliptical and a Hoist weight machine from one side of the house to the other. Both machines had to be disassembled to be moved. Jaime was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. They got it done quickly, and even checked the operation of both machines and adjusted everything as necessary. They also made sure the machines were placed exactly where I wanted them, and made minor adjustments until we got it just right. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend GG Fitness!

After a disastrous experience with another moving company, we were very concerned that we had permanently damaged our treadmill. Googling somewhat desperately, we landed on Golden Gate Fitness, located in nearby Richmond. I gave them a call and it was clear from the beginning that we were very lucky to find them. Their team fit us in at their earliest opportunity, and they were so amazingly confident and experienced in everything we needed, which was repairs after the prior moving attempt and moving it downstairs. Their team was knowledgeable, honest and competent. The price was very reasonable. We’re planning to continue to call them for any needed maintenance.

I’ve had both my Concept 2 rower and Assault Bike repaired by Jaime. He’s super responsive, knowledgeable, and fast to order parts and repair. He always returns my equipment sparkling clean (no small feat when it lives in the garage). Prices are fair and his service level is excellent. Highly recommend.
