He made sure the treadmill was working properly before leaving and was very friendly and respectful. Ben, the Foothill Fitness Equipment Service Manager, is in high demand for in-house servicing. Please keep that in mind when scheduling. The 12-year old (in 2026) NordicTrack T 5.7 Treadmill finally needed a walking belt replacement. Janine at FFE connected me with Ben, who provided several repair options, as well as a number of new equipment options, (if desired), but there was no pressure, either way. Ben’s input was invaluable in deciding an appropriate path forward. The decision was made, I ordered the parts, the desired selection (repair) was communicated back to him, and he worked it into his *very busy* schedule. He showed up on time, with *everything* needed to perform the repair. I appreciate professionalism *and* technical expertise, and Ben provided both, having over 30-years servicing (at least) NordicTrack equipment. The repair was made *to perfection* and to my great personal satisfaction. Thank you, Team, I truly appreciate your assistance and professionalism! My in-laws purchased a Smith machine equipment from these guys and I had to jump on it. Not only were they able to find me better pricing they also had flexible financing available. They got the equipment within a week and was delivered to my house and installation went as smooth as it could be!! the install team did a fantastic job updating us almost every hour. I found our forever place as we are building our home gym. next up a traditional sauna!!!

Ben was great! He gave me helpful advice about exercise equipment, even though he wouldn't make a dime off of it. He was so generous with his knowledge and one of the last honest fitness owners.

Ben the owner came to my place an picked up some gym mats (23 total), in good faith, that I bought from him in the past to sell on consignment in June of 2010. For almost a year and a half I've been trying to get my money for my mats. About 6 months ago, I recieved a call from "Rob" saying that the mats were sold. He told me Ben's phone was busted and he was out of town for a month. I've been calling for over a year. Ben called me once since advising his phone was busted but he would send something. How does your phone stay busted for a year. I've been in the fitness industry for a long time. I have bought equipment from this company before and it is like pulling teeth to get things done. I still have not recieved payments from my mats and everytime I call and leave a messages I get no response. I did not want to do this but this is not how business should be conducted. There is no integrety here and now I am pushed to take the next step in obtaining compensation for my mats. I will never do business with these guys again.
