DO NOT USE FIXED FITNESS Service date: January 15, 2026 My experience with Fixed Fitness was infuriating and blatantly unprofessional. I dealt only with "Mike", and every price quote came directly from him. Having used Fixed Fitness once before, I expected trustworthiness – Mike disappointed me with his dishonesty. The details: On November 26, 2025, I paid Mike/Fixed Fitness $80 for a virtual diagnostic for my True PS800 treadmill. After that, Mike quoted a fixed labor cost of $200 to replace the warranty parts. I approved for him to proceed with the work based on that clear, fixed quote. When the job was completed on January 15, 2026, Mike told me the total was $400 (on top of the $80 I paid for the virtual diagnostic) – a complete surprise to me. After I reminded him of the quote of $200, he immediately changed it to $342.50. I paid it, but the retroactive price increase was utterly unacceptable and unethical. Frustrated, I contacted Mike the next day and repeatedly (via emails and text messages which I keep for proofs) asking him to refund the overcharge. His explanations shifted — including a claim of “extra time” even though the quote was fixed cost and that Mike had to call True Fitness during the service call for basic instructions. After two weeks of little response, I offered what I had hope to be a fair and amicable compromise: a $142.50 credit toward future service calls. Two days later after another follow up by me, instead of taking responsibility, Mike claimed that he “. . . spoke with the owner and he said that he can't give a refund on the labor to install the warranty parts." — based on publicly available information, Mike is also the owner. I strongly believe that changing prices after the work is done, inventing shifting explanations, and refusing to correct an overcharge is dishonest and disrespectful. I strongly recommend for consumers, particularly senior citizens (I am a retiree), to stay far away from Fixed Fitness.

Had a great experience with Fixed Fitness. Mike came out to service my Assault Bike, Horizon treadmill, and Concept 2 Rower and honestly went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through how to keep everything maintained and gave me practical tips to extend the life of my equipment and didn't just fix things and leave. What really stood out was the extra mile he went because he fixed a bent end cap on the Assault Bike that kept popping off, and even called Horizon Fitness directly to look into an error code before resolving it on the spot. Highly recommend if you have home gym equipment that needs maintenance

Fixed Fitness did an exemplary job fixing our Precor Elliptical Runner - and did it remotely! Our situation was particularly difficult as the resulting problem was due to mice chewing the electrical cables! Their representative, Mike Scott was incredibly patient as he observed via video connection and guided us through various twists and turns to the final repair. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient as he guided two old folks through a difficult repair. He was very responsive on the Fixed Fitness app and on time with his appointments, letting us know if he needed to be a few minutes later than scheduled. We are very pleased with Mike and with Fixed Fitness. My only caution is that sometimes their emails go to the spam folder, so watch for that!

Fixed Fitness is a great outfit to do business with. We needed warranty repairs done on a new NordicTrack bike. Mike and his Team are very easy to deal with and the scheduling was a breeze. Great communication throughout the process and they were even able to accommodate our schedule. Brandon did a very thorough job on the repair and gave the entire bike a full inspection and made some final tweaks to insure it is working at 100% effectiveness. I highly recommend Mike and his Team at Fixed Fitness. Great Job, Guys!!

Mike of Fixed Fitness was extremely courteous and professional. He arrived at the promised time and expertly repaired my treadmill and the service was reasonably priced. 5 stars overall and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

FIXED FITNESS is absolutely awesome! I live in New York City. I phoned the seller of the treadmill and they contacted Fixed Fitness. That very same day I was contacted by Mike at Fixed Fitness and 48 hours later there was a repair person in my home in New York City. They coordinated the repair and the technician did not leave my home until I was satisfied with the results. Mike in Texas and Paul in New York City had my treadmill working that same day. I most definitely would recommend Fixed Fitness to others and will keep their contact information available for myself and others.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Mike was the technician that assisted us with the repair of our treadmill. He was able to diagnose the issue using videos and pictures of the unit including multiple circuit boards for the motor and console. His response to the communications we sent were timely, accurate, and very helpful. He was able to order the part from the manufacturer, and provided guidance after we installed to get the machine up and running, which included specific instructions on some adjustments that were need on the control board. Top shelf help from someone whom understands Life Fitness equipment. And all of this at a fraction of the cost of calling a high priced local vendor in to try and repair the unit. Not to mention better speed.

Mike Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Should you choose to schedule phone appointments to repair your machine (as opposed to having a technician come to your house), Mike really takes the time to break everything down into easy, understandable steps. I’m obviously hoping my machine doesn’t break again, but if it does, I will definitely be a returning customer.

The expensive and lovely exercise bike I bought during lock-down never showed my pulse rate. Mike Scott at Fixed Fitness came out connected a wire, and it was good to go! The staff there is quick to respond and very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Jan

Mike from Fixed Fitness walked me through a diagnosis of the problem we had with our Octane Q35e (a broken brake cable), ordered the part and had it shipped to us, and then after the part arrived, walked me through the installation of the new brake cable. He made it all possible -- doing it on my own would have been a bit of a nightmare -- he knew exactly what steps to take and in which order, and helped me identify all the nuts and bolts when putting it back together. A very happy customer -- video-aided repair is definitely a "thing", and the Fixed Fitness folks definitely have the right touch to make it work.

Fixed Fitness is amazing all around. They were able to help us fix our Elliptical Precor quickly and remotely. Brandon, the consultant, was very easy to understand and walked me through the solution efficiently and effectively. As a 71 year old with limited mechanical aptitude, my malfunctioning True Z5.4 treadmill was a scary beast. Mike’s virtual service session was great. Patient and positive , he quickly figured out the problem and talked me through the repair process (which included removing and reinstalling the rear roller). Treadmill fixed. Best customer service experience I’ve had in many years.

My precor 225 elliptical trainer arrived, after months of waiting for delivery, with a damaged shroud and broken bushing. I was referred to Mike of Fixed Fitness for repair. Mike quickly and professionally obtained pictures of the broken piece and parts that needed to be ordered. He put in the order within 48 hours of receiving the info. After the ordered parts were delivered to me, I schedule a visit with one of their local techs. The tech, who arrived exactly on time as scheduled, worked to complete the repair. However, he discovered another broken part inside, so was unable to complete the repair. He put in an order through Mike and the replacement part arrived within 2 days via UPS. The morning that I called to schedule finishing the repair, the tech was nearby and able to come to my house again within 20 minutes, and fix the exercise machine in pristine condition. I cannot imagine a more responsive, reliable, and professional team that contracts for the repair of precor equipment. Well done!! Thank you!!

Mike Scott was fabulous in assisting me with my new Precor machine. He conscientiously addressed all of my concerns and was virtually present while the technicians worked on my machine. He was very knowledgeable about my specific machine and arranged for the technicians to come out within 24 hours of first contact. Finally, Mike made sure to follow up with me every step of the way: he texted me about the arrival of the technicians and later called me after the technicians left to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I definitely couldn't have asked for anyone better to assist me today!

Brandon Patterson was my technician and did a tremendous job fixing my machine. He was also very professional and was in and out in no time. He even helped tighten up the handle bars and made sure to have me test it before he left. 10/10 on his service and professionalism.

Fixed Fitness is the answer to all our equipment service issues! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff quickly helped us diagnose the issues with our equipment, as well as order the correct parts, and then instructed us in properly installing the new parts. Our equipment can now be back in working order much faster than when we were using a traditional service repair company. For anyone willing to get out a few tools and fix their equipment themselves, Fixed Fitness is the company to call on!!!
