FitPro Services and specifically Armend are great. I have had a lot of problems with my Horizon stationary bike while under warranty and Johnson Fitness sent different technicians to address different problems and Armend was the only one who knew how to solve them. He even came to my house the same day that I called him. He was very personable, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend FitPro and Armend.

Armend is not only great at repairs and advice but is extremely nice and personable. He was able to get to my house for treadmill repair quickly and kept me informed about arrival time. I HIGHLY recommend Armend!!

He scheduled the initial appt. right away, came to our home, diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts shipped to us, and came back to complete the repair. I had an excellent experience with Armend! Communication was clear and easy from the start, and he arrived right on time. He fixed my treadmill in just 30 minutes, which was amazing. On top of that, he was super friendly, respectful of my home, and even smelled good (a rare bonus when having someone work inside your house!). Don't Be Fooled -- He Took the Money and Ran - did not do anything!!! FitProServices, run by Armpit Qerimi, gave me one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. He made empty promises that he can fix everything, and took $150 upfront, and instead of telling me what was really wrong he delivered a sloppy and very questionable advise that I need many new parts. His estimate came late, was full of suspicious charges, and didn't align with the actual issue, as he lied about parts that supposedly were broken as he was trying to take me for a ride!!! Awful and low life thief! The equipment was later fixed easily and cheaply by another and REAL technician that I hired. I got fooled and I paid $150 for someone like Armpit /FitProServices, to lie to me and walk away with my money - you don't have to make the same mistake. This is a professional advice -be warned -- do not give FitProServices your business, as it is a super dishonest person. Never ever again!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a nearly identical experience to another reviewer. Armand asked for $150 in cash just to come out and “evaluate” the treadmill because it was the weekend. No receipt was given. He promised to follow up Monday to order the part, but communication dragged on for weeks with excuses and rescheduling. To make matters worse, when I finally asked for an itemized invoice, he had attempted to charge for expensive parts twice. It became clear he was never serious about completing the repair—just collecting the $150 fee. The company that referred him even admitted they had trouble working with him. My advice: don’t just walk—run in the other direction. This is not a reliable or honest service provider.

Armand arrived on time and did a great job replacing the belt on my Landice treadmill. He knew exactly how to do it with no wasted time or energy. He is a very nice guy and even enjoyed watching my dog break in the new belt.

You’re Paying for Nothing. SCAMMER!!!! Armend Qerimi (FitPro Services) was all talk. He promised a detailed diagnosis and real solutions for our treadmill, then charged $150 for a quick, unconvincing look and walked away. The estimate we eventually received was riddled with fake issues, inflated numbers, and intentional obstacles meant to prevent us from verifying or ordering parts ourselves. He didn’t fix anything, didn’t follow through, and clearly has no intention of doing so. That $150 was simply stolen. This is not a repair service — this is a cash extraction scheme. AVOID!!!!

Best fastest same day service I've ever had in 10 years of owning many pieces of gym equipment. No one else could do it and a few others had tried on my Matrix A50. He fixed 2 major problems with this brand new machine in 20 minutes! And for a minimal charge!

Armend Qerimi Is an honest guy! I got a new console for my treadmill and was connected with him to schedule the installation. He informed me how simple it was and that the labor charge would be more than the effort itself- he was right! Piece of cake, did it myself and he saved me $150. Thanks Armend!

For any fitness equipment repairs or maintenance, Armend Qerimi/FitPro Services is the way to go. He is highly professional and thorough. Much, much better than the FitRepairs outfit. Night and day difference!!!

I called FitPro to install the treadmill power button that came off and they scheduled a visit right away. Armend was very professional and skilled in fixing the issue. I’d recommend this business for treadmill repair and maintenance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 weeks of back and forth. Initial visit was $150 fee, no receipt given. Armond said after initial visit he would call Monday and order the part. Didn’t hear from him, so reached out. He gave us a quote on part and service which we approved. Didn’t hear back. Had to reach out again, and then he said he’d try to squeeze us in, and we didn’t hear back…so we had to reach out again. We called the company that referred us to him, and they said he gave them a hard time. Armond called us, I had him on speaker and he said calling the company was no good as he doesn’t work for them. 🤷🏻‍♀️
