This past weekend Jason and I went shopping for a treadmill, well we ended up purchasing my treadmill and a leg press machine. Then to our surprise on delivery day we were told that we had won an elliptical machine, I immediately thought, are y’all sure 🤔 Thinking I’ll wait until Wednesday to see if it’s true before I get my hopes up. Well Archie and Mark the delivery gentlemen from Fitness Specialists drove up and started unloading when here comes the Elliptical 🤪, boy did I get excited!!! We have never had better customer service from all of the Fitness Specialist employees and delivery drivers from here in Odessa, Tx. They were so knowledgeable about what would work for us, and made sure we knew how to work the machines, and how to check for problems. I just can’t say enough. Their knowledge and customer service made all the difference in where to purchase, never will go anywhere else. We already have a Christmas list going😆😜 Thank you again to everyone involved in our purchase!!!

They have a great selection of fitness equipment on the floor so you can dial in what’s best for you. Cain spent a lot of time helping us find the right equipment and showing us how to use it. His techs did a great job setting up the weight system at our house. We have been very happy with our purchase!

Our treadmill was stopping suddenly during use. A friend who works at COM Aquatics recommended calling Fitness Specialist. A tech came and gave us an estimate to fix our 17-year old machine and also told us the cost for a newer u it with a 10-year warranty. No high pressure, just info. We went to the store the next weekend and bought a new treadmill. They came a few days later, delivered the new unit, set it up, and dispose the old. Really a good experience.
