We scheduled a treadmill repair on Sunday for a Friday appointment. One hour before the appointment, he canceled by text, saying he wouldn’t be in our area. He then offered Monday or Tuesday. I chose Monday, but he changed it to Tuesday. When I explained my husband is home on Mondays, he pushed the appointment out another three weeks. He later told me to pick a day he would be in the area, so I again said Monday, adding we could stay home Tuesday if necessary. After that, there was no response—no call or message—until today, when I requested a refund. I hope he’s simply overwhelmed, but communication and responsiveness were very poor.

I took time off work for a 2pm-4pm arrival window. No show from the technicians, no text or call. I tried calling them and got a terrible "AI call center" that repeatedly hung up on me.

As a gym/fitness center that utilizes older bodybuilding equipment, we have had our fair share of repair technicians. Over 8 years of ownership has shown us that quality technicians who make repairs in a timely manner are few and far between. Fitness Repair Xperts have been the exception for us.
