Mikhail came out 2 weeks ago to look at and service my Elliptical. He was very informative and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He let me know the issue was more of an audible nuisance rather than one that would be of concern. He would be able to fix with disassembling and small part replacement but also stated if the noise was not of bother (now knowing that it would not cause further damage) that we did not need to do anything with it. I appreciate the level of transparency and expertise that Fitness Repair Tech was able to provide, and a company I can trust and recommend moving forward.

Mikhail and his team were awesome. We had an interesting challenge with our Rogue Rack with a cable and he diagnosed the situation, brought in his partner to help out, and the both of them got it taken care of today. We're really looking forward to using our rack again and thanks to Mikhail and his team we're back at it! Thanks again! UPDATE 03/18/2026: Our Rogue Rack needed a little bit more attention for full use from THE expert who knew how to dive in and help us out, again. :) Mikhail rocked it! Mikhail quickly got us on his calendar for our needed appointment this morning and crushed it! I recently had a belt installation completed on my Sole F80 treadmill, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The technician (Mikhail) was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. In addition to installing the new belt, he took the extra step of cleaning the internal components, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work rather than just doing the bare minimum. Scheduling is impossible. They scheduled me without asking on a day I was not available. I messaged to cancel it with no response. They finally reschedule me, and they cancel same day, stating they were on another job. They automatically rescheduled me yet again on a day I was not available without even asking. I canceled and did not reach back out. Unprofessional and poor communication.

Wow! They don't make companies like this any more. The team showed up promptly, great scheduling updates and communication, fast, professional and neat. There was a question (my fault for not reading the manual) and they came right out, dug in and figured out what I needed. Highly recommend. Fantastic.
