Scam. No shows, no follow up calls. Really doesn’t know what he is doing in my opinion. Bret. I read your below post. I wanted to give you an update. I did get my elliptical fixed. I had to order another crank arm because the one you ordered was not the correct part. It didn’t fit in the leg of the elliptical so I’m out $100 dollar. Also the ramp glides you sold me for $100 I was told go for a lot less. Also, you needed a special tool to remove the crank arm. Not a hammer. I’m entitled to my opinion as are you. Again as I said before, using excuses about being busy is not an excuse to no show or not return calls for days. I wish you the best in your business.

Really appreciate the quick service and professionlism. I would’ve never figured out the issue was that easy. I know most services would’ve proposed replacing the whole part.
