Dex, Jeff, and Scott are amazing. They go above and beyond and have fair pricing. Good approach to business and know their stuff better than anyone else. Thankful for a treadmill, certainly, but more thankful for a team I can call to service it and help whenever my machine needs a little help. I put about 1,000 miles on my treadmill between November and March each year, and I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. I highly recommend finding a reason to work with this team!

I bought a used treadmill off FB marketplace and broke it while transporting it. Scott provided a solution over the phone to totally remove the piece that broke as he assured me it only affected the folding capacity and not the treadmill functionality. He then provided the suggestion to ratchet strap it to fold it in order to finish moving it inside my house. He saved me from trashing a perfectly fine treadmill for no charge. I will be using him if I need any repairs in the future!

They were very thorough and did an excellent job! Their service is definitely worth the money if you actually use your treadmill and want to keep it running smoothly.

Dexter came to our home to do a warranty repair on our Matrix elliptical. He was extremely professional, easy to schedule and reasonably priced for the work needed. They were highly knowledgeable about the equipment we own and when not to replace a certain part because it would cause even more problems. Our elliptical runs like new! Thank you so much!

I sent an email to inquire about repair for our commercial LifeFitness 9500 HR treadmill. Scott gave me a call and explained possibilities to the cause and general prices of repairing it. We have a commercial treadmill to handle the size and weight of my son who plays college football (6'3" 285lbs) and we also exercise our K9s when there is inclement weather. Based on Scott's information, we decided we will be purchasing another treadmill instead of trying to repair the one we have. Top notch customer service and technicians! These guys broke down our cable machine for our move. The break down was done meticulously. They even took it upon themselves to correct original install mistakes. When you need your gym equipment repaired, assembled or disassembled, these are the guys you need!!

Great company. Was kindly willing to make a delivery way down in Maryland over the holidays and tried and retried what seemed like an impossible delivery/installation (small space/tight corners) until they problem-solved a way to make it fit. Very nice, prompt and professional. Wish they were closer so we could use them for regular service calls!
