I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I contacted them because my Peloton screen needed a component soldered. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically asked if their technician had soldering equipment. I even offered to bring the screen to them because I assumed they might not have a soldering iron on the truck. They assured me they did, so I approved the invoice and scheduled the service. When the technician arrived, he told me they do **not** carry soldering equipment on their trucks and that none of their technicians do. The repair couldn’t be completed because they didn’t have the equipment they had promised. A few days later, I received a payment reminder for the invoice—even though nothing had been repaired. It’s frustrating to be asked to pay for a service that was never completed because the company misrepresented what they were able to do. I hope they improve their communication and billing practices so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Nearly every product I’ve received from this company has been subpar. I’ve tried to remain patient and give them opportunities to make things right, but the issues have been consistent. I first ordered yoga mats, which arrived extremely thin and low-quality. The company agreed to replace them, but the replacements were the same poor quality. They then promised to send a second set of higher-quality mats, but those never arrived. We later ordered exercise balls, which were also low quality. We were again assured that replacements would be sent, but nothing ever came. This year, we ordered barbells in May. They sat “lost” in a warehouse for months, and when they finally arrived nearly six months later, they were damaged and rusted. We were told these would be replaced as well, but that promise was never fulfilled. I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up, but no one returns my calls. I have to call multiple time and hope someone answers in order to speak with anyone. Overall, the lack of product quality, follow-through, and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Very happy with my used indoor bike purchase! The bike is quality, but after taking it home I realized it needed some tuning. They scheduled someone to promptly come to my house and perform maintenance free of charge. Very happy with their customer service. Friendly and efficient. That is what you get when you go local instead of shopping online!

I own a gym in Florida and 2 weeks ago we had our first maintenance completed by Fitness Pro. Once the maintenance was completed and the company left I found numerous machines that were not inspected with loose screws that were not tightened as well as cardio equipment that wasn’t inspected. The cardio equipment that was inspected they left piles of wood dust and chips on the floor after they opened the machine up. I called Matt (our local contact) to report these issues and was told it’s not his job to handle this but to contact Tracy. He would not give her phone number but only her email which was another red flag. I have emailed Tracy twice with no response. Tracy sent me an email 2 weeks after the maintenance with prices of things that they were told to not price and I even replied to the email she sent asking her to call me with no response. Now we are left with maintenance that wasn’t completed properly and broken equipment that we can’t get repaired. Beware about using this company. We’ve been in business for 8 years and just decided to switch maintenance company’s as this company was local and have never been given the run around like this.

The warranty work on our treadmill which we purchased years ago was phenomenal. Service Manager MARK PREPELKA exceeded all of our expectations. This is truly an exceptional company!

Great company, great guy who came to fix treadmill desk. The treadmill desk was making a noise like a distressed buffalo in outer space. Charles from Fitness Pro came to the rescue and in no time he checked it out thoroughly and we were all set. He really knew what he was doing. This is the second time this great company has helped me out; both times they were honest, effective, prompt, professional, and KIND. I feel lucky they are here.

I had a wonderful experience at Fitness Pro. I was able to purchase an elliptical for my wife’s Christmas present that met and exceeded all her expectations. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew the answer to every question and was able to meet all of my needs. I recommend Fitness Pro to anyone in the Tallahassee area when you need gym quality equipment.

I highly recommend Fitness Pro. Jeff was very accessible by both phone and email before and after the sale. His showroom is very clean and the equipment is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff was extremely professional in that he did not try to make the sale but rather educated me and showed me what he had available. I am very pleased with my buying experience. His prices are very reasonable as well!! I would definitely call on him again for any of my fitness needs and i wouldn’t even consider buying directly on the internet when we have him here in Tallahassee. Thanks Jeff.

Kevin was very personable to work with. He was very patient with my many questions and took time to be helpful as a good listener and educated me on my options. I found a great deal on a used piece of equipment at the recent tent sale. Delivery included set up and assurance that everything was working properly by their professional team. Highly recommended.

Kevin Wable is completely unprofessional. If he doesn’t get his way he will become insulting child like in his actions. Customers beware to work with another staff member.
