Mike and the Fitness Master team rock it! Been doing business with them about 15 years and always satisfied… be it buying new and used, consigning, or service calls, they are awesome. Mike has great knowledge on all the equipment and can match your needs. Just delivered my new bike yesterday and now my home gym is complete with that and my V4 Elite I bought from them during Covid. I purchased an Inspire SCS, a bench, a bar, and a plate set. I could have "saved" a few bucks buying similar equipment on the internet but then I would have had to deal with all the bad things that come along with that... such as damaged parts, missing parts, shipping delays, AND I would have had to assemble this beast myself. Nope! These folks were personable, professional, and I feel I got a good deal on some really first class equipment. They delivered it to my house and set it all up. All I had to do is start using it. You just can't beat buying local from an established and reputable company that will be there if you need them.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Fitness Master! Although we could have gone to closer box stores like Dick's Sporting Goods, Walmart, or Academy, we chose to drive 30 miles to support this local business that’s been around for 38 years—and it was absolutely worth it. Chris was fantastic, taking the time to understand our fitness goals and recommending the Octane 37c elliptical, which suits us perfectly. He even came to our home to set it up and ensure everything was just right. Exceptional service and expertise—highly recommended!

Just had my Power Plate delivered. I can't say enough good about the customer service at Fitness Master from the initial visit and discussion on decisions through the delivery. I love this team! I bought a treadmill desk here years ago, and they continue to come out every year to service it for me (or move it!), and they're always efficient, punctual, and helpful. Highly recommend buying from this local company.

If you are looking for good quality exercise equipment you are in the right place. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff that are really passionate about the business. We looked at a few places before coming here. We got pricing on the same equipment in Atlanta and without negotiating they beat the price including delivery and set up. We had a particular tread that we wanted from another source and they never tried to talk us out of it and were very professional in the way they discussed what they had to offer. If we had not already committed we probably would have gone with theirs. We purchased a Hoist V4 Elite along with a complete set of dumbbells. Very satisfied! Thank you Chris, Chris and Joe. Chris and his folks have served us very well for nearly a decade. After buying a stationary bike first, then the waterrower, we've outfitted a very convenient and now covid safe home gym. lately, Chris has been invaluable in helping me work out kinks in both of these excellent machines. many thanks!

Said they couldn’t help me in regards to treadmill installation. They sale equipment however the person hounds me because I didn’t buy from them. I purchased a treadmill online and it’s new. I am also military and not from here therefore would not have known who they were and seconds I would not purchased a used treadmill I just gave one away. If you can’t help then just say it and move on, so with that being said no I wouldn’t shop here.

It doesn't matter if you purchase a full gym set or one piece of equipment, the guys at Fitness Master deliver to your home and give you the white glove service. They also will show you how to use the equipment. I love to shop local when I can and I guarantee your experience here will be leaps and bounds better than any big box or online store!

These guys are great. Don't even think of buying exercise equipment online or at a box store when you can try out everything and then buy a quality piece of equipment that will last forever. Great customer service and very personable.

Highly recommend this place! After my son accidentally broke my power cord for my elliptical, the owner at Fitness Master went out of his way to help me find a used cord from his warehouse saving me lots of money!
