Great job repairing our NordicTrack treadmill! Jonathan was courteous, clean, pleasant and worked quickly. He also did preventive maintenance and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Destiny, office manager, was efficient with scheduling. Recommend!

This is great because I've been having this issue since I got my machine and the last technician that came couldn't figure out what was wrong. Not o ly did Raul figure it out, he was pleasure to have in my home the entire time he was here. Warm, friendly, diligent and very knowledgeable about my machine. I'm very happy to have had him fix my issue. Give this man a raise and a bonus. He truly deserves it.

He was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the warranty issue on my treadmill. And then he took time to do some maintenance and share some good pointers with me on how to do it on an ongoing basis.

via GoogleVery satisfied with this company's technician, Jahsir, who replaced the battery on my Cybex 700r and managed to reconnect some wires that I had mistakenly disconnected on the circuit board when trying to do the job myself. He was technically proficient, prompt, friendly, and polite. The owner, Franklin Lee, was also a pleasure to deal with when I called him to describe the work needed and to set up an appointment. I highly recommend this company for fixing your fitness equipment.
via GoogleThey were quick to come, take a picture of my treadmill as a “diagnostic” and $150 with a promise to send me an estimate for the needed part and general maintenance once the part was installed, which is covered with the $150 initial service call. I got one email with a “work order number” then they completely disappeared. I’ve emailed and left messages with their answering service. No word for more than a month. Quite a scam job they’ve got going on. I’ll be filing with the BBB, suspending my payment, and will share my experience on every social media platform I’m on. Beware. Shop elsewhere for your services.
