Fitness Machine Technicians

This is the second time I have used Fitness Machine Techs to service my treadmill. They are easy to schedule with and both techs have been extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!

Kyle was fast professional and knowledgeable

I was hoping to fix my 8 year old treadmill instead of replacing it as I use it everyday. They got it running as though it were new and at a very reasonable price. The technician, Kyle, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of their services!

Email Communication takes about 24 hrs for a response back (not terrible) Website says Brands service "Peloton"; however, I have a Peloton Tread and even after getting a walking belt and drive belt for the tread the company said they could not install it to contact Peloton. Company should consider updating their website for the brands they truly do service.

Kyle was conscientious, efficient, personable and answered all my questions. I look forward to seeing him again at next year's "treadmill checkup." Based on my experience, it's easy to recommend your company to others who want to maintain their fitness equipment in top shape. Thank you for the great work.

Directing customers to your support email address on both your phone line and website only to be met with "we're too busy for you, good luck" is crazy. I'll take my money happily elsewhere.

Fitness Machine Technician, Kyle, repaired our treadmill and was so polite, professional and efficient! We looked for a company that could repair our treadmill and when we found Fitness Machine Technician it was exactly what we needed. Nate showed up on time with a nice advance notice. He understood my complaint about my two exercise machines and went to work .He did a complete inspect and service and was done in reasonable time . Nate has a a professional way of explaining what he did and I was very happy that both my machines are now in good condition..

After having and using my peloton bike for about six years, I thought it was time to get a tuneup. It was starting to make some noises that were new. After doing a Google search, I set up an appointment with fitness machine technicians. After only a short wait, Nate came out and worked on the bike. he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Fortunately, the bike didn’t need a whole lot of work to be done so just a tuneup. I also had obtained some new pedals as Peloton recommends periodically and he installed those as well. My bike is working good as new. I was very happy with Nate’s service and would recommend this company to others. I think the cost of $150 for a home visit is reasonable.

It was a long process because they had to order parts for my treadmill. Kyle was EXTREMELY friendly and quick to get started on the repair. They are EXTREMELY busy, but only because so many trust them to do their repairs. BOTTOM LINE???? WELL worth the wait!!!!!

Kyle Collins and Nate Nelson did such a great job! They were both very professional from the first call to confirm our appointment all the way to the finished assembly of our home gym equipment. My treadmill was having issues where it would shut off during my run. Kyle did an amazing job. He was prompt and quickly installed the replacement part.

Technician Kyle performed an excellent maintenance on my recumbent bike. It had lost some of its resistance and he knew exactly how to resolve it. In addition he was very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Gene came out and serviced our treadmill to get it back into prime shape. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work. He shared some pro tips to keep the equipment in good running shape in between service visits as well that are easy to do/follow. They did a great job bringing my treadmill back to life. It is a very expensive machine and I would hate to have to replace it. They were prompt in scheduling, and in coming to my house in the estimated window time. Kyle was my technician on both the tune up and he came back once the replacement parts were ordered. He was very knowledgeable and he did a great job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their equipment in great working order.

Took a little time to get them to schedule my appointment because they are super-busy, but I can't fault them for having so many happy customers calling them. Once we got the appointment all set, the tech was actually early, which was awesome. The tech was extremely professional and kind. He happily answered a few follow questions I had. They charged me exactly what they quoted me without any upselling. I will be using them again when my next maintenance time comes around. Excellent work!

Great experience. Filled in the contact form, owner calls me within a few hours, explains everything. Technician came earlier than expected after calling to make sure that was ok, I was on a call and he just just got straight to it without any need for me to explain. Worked on my treadmill for 1.5hrs doing a tune up. Really happy with these guys, professional, courteous, did what they promised and charged what they said they would, no extras were even suggested. Would absolutely recommend.

Kyle Collins was my technician today. I had an A+ experience with Kyle. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem with my Nordic track commercial elliptical as well as made adjustments to elliptical and studio cycle bike. I am very pleased with this company. They provided TOP NOTCH service! Kyle (tech)and Robert(appt contact) were awesome, friendly, honest and world class customer service! Highly recommended, Treadmill fixed and works great. He was able to trouble shoot fix and service total cost $125 for my issue.
