Kyle Collins and Nate Nelson did such a great job! They were both very professional from the first call to confirm our appointment all the way to the finished assembly of our home gym equipment. They assembled it perfectly and exactly where I'd requested in my garage space. I would definitely recommend using FITNESS MACHINE TECHNICIANS for your fitness equipment needs. We’ve had a great experience with our gym equipment technician, Kyle. He comes in quarterly and does a thorough, professional job keeping all of our equipment running smoothly. You can really tell he knows his stuff. He’s reliable, efficient, and proactive about spotting potential issues before they turn into problems. After having and using my peloton bike for about six years, I thought it was time to get a tuneup. It was starting to make some noises that were new. After doing a Google search, I set up an appointment with fitness machine technicians. After only a short wait, Nate came out and worked on the bike. he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Fortunately, the bike didn’t need a whole lot of work to be done so just a tuneup. I also had obtained some new pedals as Peloton recommends periodically and he installed those as well. My bike is working good as new. I was very happy with Nate’s service and would recommend this company to others. I think the cost of $150 for a home visit is reasonable.

Nate showed up on time with a nice advance notice. He understood my complaint about my two exercise machines and went to work .He did a complete inspect and service and was done in reasonable time . Nate has a a professional way of explaining what he did and I was very happy that both my machines are now in good condition..

It was a long process because they had to order parts for my treadmill. Kyle was EXTREMELY friendly and quick to get started on the repair. They are EXTREMELY busy, but only because so many trust them to do their repairs. BOTTOM LINE???? WELL worth the wait!!!!!

They did a great job bringing my treadmill back to life. It is a very expensive machine and I would hate to have to replace it. They were prompt in scheduling, and in coming to my house in the estimated window time. Kyle was my technician on both the tune up and he came back once the replacement parts were ordered. He was very knowledgeable and he did a great job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their equipment in great working order.

Gene came out and serviced our treadmill to get it back into prime shape. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work. He shared some pro tips to keep the equipment in good running shape in between service visits as well that are easy to do/follow. Technician Kyle performed an excellent maintenance on my recumbent bike. It had lost some of its resistance and he knew exactly how to resolve it. In addition he was very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Took a little time to get them to schedule my appointment because they are super-busy, but I can't fault them for having so many happy customers calling them. Once we got the appointment all set, the tech was actually early, which was awesome. The tech was extremely professional and kind. He happily answered a few follow questions I had. They charged me exactly what they quoted me without any upselling. I will be using them again when my next maintenance time comes around. Excellent work!

Kyle (tech)and Robert(appt contact) were awesome, friendly, honest and world class customer service! Highly recommended, Treadmill fixed and works great. He was able to trouble shoot fix and service total cost $125 for my issue.

Great experience. Filled in the contact form, owner calls me within a few hours, explains everything. Technician came earlier than expected after calling to make sure that was ok, I was on a call and he just just got straight to it without any need for me to explain. Worked on my treadmill for 1.5hrs doing a tune up. Really happy with these guys, professional, courteous, did what they promised and charged what they said they would, no extras were even suggested. Would absolutely recommend.
