Tried to put on a new treadmill belt. It was going OK until I couldn't get some bolts off. Googled for a repair place. Jon called me as I'd asked and gave me an ETA. I have many dogs that visit and I foster and needed to get them secured. He told me he loves dogs and he didn't mind them at all. He arrived on time, personable and fixed it in no time. After that, he welcomed some doggie love. Highly recommend and will call for any future needs. 😀

I have used Fitness Machine Technicians to service both my treadmill and elliptical at my home. Jon Lewis is an outstanding technician. He checks everything on both my machines, lubricates the belt on the treadmill, and cleans them. I would not let anyone else touch my equipment except Jon.

Jon was very professional and did thorough job trying to diagnose and fix the issue with my elliptical machine. It was a pleasure working with him, and although I hope I don’t need to call a technician again, but if I do, I would be sure to ask for him!

I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians on a Tuesday and they were able to fit me in on Thursday. Jon L. was the technician. Super nice guy, called me to give me an ETA. All I needed was a bolt to raise my treadmill and thankfully, he had one that worked so now my treadmill is working fine again. Great service!

Jon Lewis was awesome! He knows his stuff with fitness equipment. My NordicTrack S22i is literally better than new. Pinpointed the service issue with worn bearings and knew a few other points to check to make sure the bike was running at peak. Very happy with knowledge and service!
