I wish I could give more than five stars. Jon Lewis has now been to my home twice to work on my treadmill, most recently to replace the motor, and I have been extraordinarily impressed with him both times. Jon is knowledgeable, thorough, conscientious and completely professional. While he is working, he is focused on the job and clearly takes real pride in doing it correctly. He made sure everything was installed properly and working exactly as it should before he left. What makes Jon especially memorable, though, is that in addition to being an excellent technician, he is simply a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. As his work was completed and we were wrapping up the visits, I had the opportunity to talk with him a little more personally. His warmth and character come through very naturally, and our conversations left as much of an impression on me as the quality of his work. I came away feeling genuinely fortunate to have met him. During one of our conversations, I became curious about the company and asked Jon about it and about Dudley, the owner. I was so impressed by the genuine respect and appreciation with which Jon spoke of him. He described a business owner who clearly cares about the people who work for him, and there was no mistaking how sincere Jon was. I think it says a great deal about a company when someone who works there speaks so highly of the person behind it. It certainly gave me an even greater appreciation for the kind of business Dudley has built. Excellent service is important, but excellent service from someone who is skilled, hardworking and also an exceptionally good human being is something more unusual. That has been my experience on both visits. I would recommend Jon Lewis and this company without hesitation, and if I ever need treadmill service again, I know exactly whom I want to call.

Jon Lewis did a great job repairing my NordicTrack X22i treadmill, took time to make sure the belt was aligned properly while we did multiple tests of me running on it, and was very informative with maintenance advice to keep my treadmill running longer. Comprehensive repair that I definitely recommend.

I have used Fitness Machine Technicians to service both my treadmill and elliptical at my home. Jon Lewis is an outstanding technician. He checks everything on both my machines, lubricates the belt on the treadmill, and cleans them. I would not let anyone else touch my equipment except Jon.

Tried to put on a new treadmill belt. It was going OK until I couldn't get some bolts off. Googled for a repair place. Jon called me as I'd asked and gave me an ETA. I have many dogs that visit and I foster and needed to get them secured. He told me he loves dogs and he didn't mind them at all. He arrived on time, personable and fixed it in no time. After that, he welcomed some doggie love. Highly recommend and will call for any future needs. 😀

Jon Lewis was awesome! He knows his stuff with fitness equipment. My NordicTrack S22i is literally better than new. Pinpointed the service issue with worn bearings and knew a few other points to check to make sure the bike was running at peak. Very happy with knowledge and service!
