Fitness Machine Technicians

Zach from Fitness Machine Technicians did a great job servicing and replacing the battery in my old Lifecycle 9500. He called and asked if he could come by 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. I’m glad he did as there were a couple of screws that had been stripped out and it took some extra effort to get the side panel off. He tested the old battery, installed the new one, vacuumed inside and lined the chain. Great service.

Les is awesome! I have had nothing but good experiences with Fitness Machine Technicians. Les was great to work with and super professional. He brought up some future work we need on our treadmill but did not push for it to be done prematurely. I hightly recommend Les and FMT.

Zach did a thorough and excellent job checking out all aspects of what was wrong with my treadmill and identifying the problem part. He also explained what parts were as he worked which I appreciate as I have little experience with motors. And he worked quickly. I will use FMT again if I ever have any issues.

Fitness Machine Technicians is a great company to work with. Originally had them come out a year ago and fix my treadmill belt and recently they did a maintenance/tune up check. Gavin was awesome and had a lot of good advice. He was quick and very knowledgeable!

We needed new flooring in our home and had to figure out how to disassemble our Commercial NordicTrack. Francis came out, performed the disassembly so quickly, and came out and reassembled it for us as well. He educated us on maintenance, cleaning the machine, and did a phenomenal job. He is highly educated in so many types of machines and is a total rock star! Highly recommend using this company versus anyone else in the market! 🙌

FMT arrived right on time and had my new treadmill up and running. They handled moving it from the first level where it was delivered to the second floor, negotiating some tight corners on my stairs. Highly recommended service and very professional all around.
