Extremely responsive. Lance ( the technician) was right on time and gave me a 10 minute courtesy call. Fixed my issue with the treadmill in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely use this company again.

would not recommend hiring under any circumstances. less than a year after service my treadmill, the same issue came back. diagnosed the need to replace the same costly parts. refusing to honor their warranty, stand behind their work, or offer any compromise. poor communication, no accountability, and an unwillingness to fix their mistakes. avoid at all costs.

Technician was super knowledgeable and helpful. He resolved the incline issue with my treadmill and got it working like new again. Office staff was very helpful and kind and was able to get me scheduled right away.
