Emailing Fred and scheduling service was easy and prompt. The techs who came to fix the belt on my treadmill were all so personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made sure to explain everything they did and how to properly care for the treadmill. Highly recommend this business!

Jordan was a sincere pleasure to have at our home. He did all he could to salvage my beloved 12 year old treadmill, well beyond my expectations, but alas he helped me realize the value of moving on rather than paying a large bill with no guarantee. Thank you Jordan for your time and concern for us senior citizens.
