These guys are excellent. I bought a used sole f80. After a few months of owning it, I started getting an LS-1 speed error. They came out and fixed it, There was a slight issue after they fixed it and they made it right. Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service can’t recommend enough. Thanks guys.

Dale was great! He was friendly and very efficient checking our treadmill over and making sure everything was working properly. He gave great feedback on what we needed to do to make sure we got the most out of it and how to extend the life of the machine!

About three months ago they came out and charged the service fee. Then they quoted me a price for some $12.00 nuts and bolts, said it was called a “knuckle bolt kit.” They at first told me that it would be about 6 to 8 weeks to get the parts. I searched the parts and could have had the bolts in about 3 days. I informed the company of this and they got the parts quicker, amazing, and charged another fee to come and put them on. Almost $500 later they said it was fixed. The tech claimed on side needed the hardware, he said the other side was fine. While working out on the elliptical one morning the whole arm came off. I called a much better company, they found the problem! The tech from this company apparently used a bolt that was stripped and tightened it extremely tight, so tight in fact that the bolt snapped in half. Another $120 repair. The tech also told me I should oil the wheel bars as well. I asked the company that did the repair today about how often I should oil the wheels; I was told they should not ever be oiled, they were not meant to be oiled! WOW! I will never use them again, lesson learned!

We recently had our 20 year old Precor Treadmill serviced. Excellent experience. Our technician Connor was awesome. Explained all that was done and what to look for in the future as it wears. Used it today and it is so much quieter. You can’t go wrong with Fitness Machine Technicians!!

Fitness Machine Technicians disassembled my Assault Pro Runner treadmill in preparation for a move, then reassembled it at my new place once I moved in. Sebastian was a fantastic communicator throughout the whole process, from texting to let me know when he would arrive, to providing photos of the process, to getting the treadmill in the best shape for the professional movers to carry over in their truck. After the reassembly at the new place, the treadmill sounds better than it ever did after my own initial assembly! I’m so glad I planned for this service to be a part of my move. Because my treadmill is assembled, my daily exercise, this one critical part of my daily routine can continue while I unpack boxes and get settled! Communication from the whole team is good, and the prices seem very fair for this skilled service. I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians!!

My treadmill has been broken since January. Once a month they come out with a new piece to "fix" it. We are now in over $1000. Today was supposed to be out.... but wouldn't you know, another piece is apparently wrong and we got another error code. One of the biggest issues os the inability to talk to someone on the phone. They don't answer, just tell you to email. The technician is polite but honestly... we are wondering at this point of we are being scammed. We could've bought a new treadmill for the cost we've paid. We are now considering our options. We can't find another company and we now can't afford a new treadmill because that money is in the trash basically. I suspect what will happen next is next week we will get an email with a quote for yet another $500. IF we pay, we will wait another month... (they will say 7-0 business days). I will then have to email them daily for an update. They will then say "oh sorry, that part was on [backorder, taking longer to ship, insert other excuse]." A week after that we will finally get an email saying it's in and confirm the date they chose to get it fixed. We may have to escalate to the BBB at this point. I'm at a genuine loss... and not just of money. Edit:... because it just got worse. The motor, apparently, was under warranty and we shouldn't have had to pay for it according to Sole. So we didn't have to be out that $600ish but now we are... and looking at another $250 in parts alone. Yall really screwed us over in this one.

Sebastian and Dale assembled our new functional trainer, were extremely professional and offered several pointers on keeping our new gym equipment in perfect working condition. They had us function test the equipment and tuned it to reduce slack in the pulleys from the handles. If we need other equipment service, we're calling them.

I was drawn in by the glowing 5-star reviews and decided to use this service for my treadmill that was having issues. Big mistake. They charged $150 just to come out — 15 minutes of work — and told me it needed repair. Fine, I expected some cost. But the quote they sent back was $570 on a treadmill that costs $699 new. Here's the breakdown: • Walking belt: marked up ~200% over retail • Drive belt: marked up ~300%+ over retail • Shipping on marked up parts: $30 • Labor: $200 And this is ON TOP of the $150 diagnostic fee I already paid, meaning the total would have been $720+ to repair a $700 treadmill. I did my own research on parts pricing online and the numbers don't lie. This is predatory pricing plain and simple. I'll either be doing the repair myself or junking the machine. Buyer beware.

The technicians were excellent and very professional. I have worked with a couple other fitness equipment techs before and these gentlemen were the most professional out of all my experiences. They did a great job assembling my home gym, which was delivered in 100 pieces when I used a separate company to help relocate to a new address. They also noted some opportunities for maintenance on my equipment, which I appreciated, without being forceful or pressuring me into a decision.

This is the end of my 3rd year with my excellent ProForm Treadmill. So, warranty maintenance time. FMT quickly set me up with an appointment time. Sebastian was my tech this time around. Like my previous techs, he demonstrated how to properly utilize the lubricant under the belt, adjusted the tightness, and made sure the calibration was spot on. He is such terrific young man, and was a pleasure to have working here. 10 Stars for sure!

A technician was scheduled to come diagnose an issue I was having with my exercise bike. Eric C came to my home; he was professional and cared about the issues I was having with the equipment. He was able to recommend a replacement for ny bike, which alleviated future stresses dealing with the bike. Overall, I’m happy with the service I have received and will continue recommending FMT to handle my fitness equipment needs.

5 stars! Eric came and fixed our issue in less thank 20 mins. Very friendly, great customer service, and very knowledgeable. Took time to walk us through everything and told us how to maintain the treadmill running good.
