We recently had Chris come out and help fix our Nordictrack rowing machine. He was on time, friendly, through and efficient. Yolanda who I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful and went above and beyond in working with us to help find a time that would work with our schedule.

Good communication, arrived on time. Worked on my treadmill and elliptical. Addressed all my concerned and answered all my questions. Explained the work performed with pictures of hard too see areas. Very happy with Chris, very knowledgeable. My equipment is working smoothly and all issues were fixed. Will use Chris and his company in the future for all my gym equipment repairs.

Great service and customer support. Fixed my rogue echo bike at home in a couple of hours and its good as new. Highly recommend!

Fitness Machine Technicians are fantastic! Booking an appointment was easy and their customer service was great. I had a follow up question about my appointment and I received a response from Steve in a timely manner. The technician, Chris, arrived on time. He was thorough with his inspection and repairs for my treadmill and bike. - They run smoothly now. Their pricing is very reasonable. These folks are the only professionals I trust to maintain and repair my home fitness equipment.

I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians for a quote on my old Golds Gym smith machine. I was greeted by Steve, who helped give me an honest and accurate quote. He was very patient in explaining all the cost that would be involved in this repair. I decided not to move forward with their services because of my budget. Despite that, Steve continued to offer his help in finding me a DIY option to save some money. I cannot deny that their professionalism and customer service is top tier! Steve was a pleasure to talk to. My review is based solely on the customer service I received as I cannot comment on their level of work. I’m sure it is excellent as well!

Great service. I called Fitness Machine Technicians and they got back to me immediately with a reasonable quote for the repair that I needed. Scheduling worked perfectly and the technician Charlie was very thorough with his assessment and repair. He went the extra mile and gave me some tips to prolong the life of my treadmill.

Fitness Machine Technicians are the BEST! From the moment of calling to schedule an appointment to coming to my home to assemble the bike. The company exudes professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and working to accommodate the day and time you would like for your appointment. Steve and Jason were great in setting up my bike. I wasn’t sure which was the best direction for the bike to face. They did not hesitate to turn it around after being fully assembled. They cleaned up the packaging material after they were through. They are also very COVID aware in using masks and sanitizing. I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed. Their fee charged is very reasonable.

My husband and I decided to put together a home gym and ordered a Sole F80 treadmill from the manufacturer. The treadmill came in a HUGE box on top of a long pallet - definitely too much for us to move and handle on our own, much less assemble by ourselves! I googled fitness equipment assembly services and Fitness Machine Technicians came up as a local (SoCal) business. A quick look at some of their reviews assured me that they seemed to be a solid, reputable company. I made an inquiry about their service area on their website and received a quick, personal response via text. We set up a date/time for the installation and their prices were quoted to me up front. The technicians (Chris and his associate) communicated with me on the install date and since they were running early, asked if I they could come by a half-hour early. (<--- super great in my book because I have waited many hours for service people to show up during a 4-6 hour timeframe!) They arrived right on time, and they completed the assembly within an hour. Their work area was clean. I'm using my new treadmill regularly and will definitely be contacting Fitness Machine Technicians for its preventative maintenance to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend this company for any exercise equipment assembly, installation, or maintenance.

Another outstanding service by Fitness Technicians and Chris. My True treadmill had a blown belt and after consultation we also decided to replace the main running belt - and glad I did! Runs like new, excellent performance, super quiet and expertly installed. And at a fair price. Thanks again Steve for your great service company, our family appreciates you!

Outstanding customer service from this company to help with preventive maintenance on newly installed gym equipment. Not only is Steve Chapman patient, kind, and helpful, but his technician Chris is equally courteous, timely, and professional. With the pandemic closing gyms and cutting into businesses like this, I hope those who have created home gyms in the Orange County area like I have will support them. They're totally affordable and gave me peace of mind that I could continue to enjoy my equipment for years to come without any need to replace. I highly recommend them!

We have a LifeCycle RS 3 Recumbent Step Through Bike that is over 5 Years Old and out of Warranty by the Manufacturer, Life Fitness. We use it 5-6 days a week. It developed a problem where it would "slip" as you pedaled and was uncomfortable to use. I found Fitness Machine Technicians of Orange County via an Internet search and reached-out to them for repair help. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for a Technician to come to our house and diagnose the issue. The Technician, Chris, arrived on time and determined the Generator/Brake needed replacement. He was very courteous, explained the issue and needed repair clearly and told me they would have to find the part and would get back to me with a Repair Estimate as soon as possible. He explained what to expect and what their Labor Cost would be. Just a few hours after Chris left I got an e-mail from Steve, the owner of FMT, with a PDF providing the cost of repairs including Part Cost, estimated Shipping and Labor. I accepted the work and Steve told me they would order the part and contact me to schedule the work. Just a few days later Steve called me and said they had gotten the part and wanted to schedule the repair. I said, "What do you have open?", Steve stated they could do it the next morning. I agreed. Chris arrived the next morning and the Repair was completed within the time estimated. Sorry if this seems overly detailed, but my point is...This Company is very good to work with! They are pleasant, professional, honest and deliver! They provided me with detailed documentation of their work and estimates as we went along and their costs were right in line with what I expected. This is a family owned business and one of the BEST I have ever dealt with! Fitness Machines are expensive investments for us Consumers and become important parts of our lives, but they can break down, particularly when no longer covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty (Murphy's Law, I suppose). Finding Fitness Machine Technicians to repair our Bike, and working with them to get it repaired was a positive experience and more than a stroke of good luck. I strongly recommend FMT to anyone needing repair for this kind of equipment. Thank-you Steve and Chris! May 2, 2025 UPDATE: We had to have the Generator replaced again three years later. My Wife uses our RS3 Bike almost daily and estimates she had put 3-4 thousand miles on it, so I was not surprised when she told me it was "slipping" again. I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians again and told them the issue. They had us on file and promptly ordered a new Generator. It came in a few days and they contacted me. We set up a Repair Appointment and Chris came to do the repair. Once, again, Fitness Machine Technicians provided fast, reasonably priced and professionally completed Service to us. I HIGHLY recommend this Company for any fitness machine repairs or service you might need. These folks are top notch!! Thanks so much Fitness Machine Technicians!! Five Stars Plus!

I was very please with the prompt and quality service I received from Steve at Fitness Machine Technicians. He fix all the issues on my Bowflex Max Trainer and it is running good as new. He also did a complete clean on it when he was done. I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians.

Exceptional, professional service that I should have availed myself of years ago. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and highly responsive. Most important, their technician Chris, was painstaking in his servicing of my elliptical equipment which I have had for 20 years and was at one time, top of the line Life Fitness equipment. They are reliable and highly recommended.

I had an issue with my Sunny indoor bike and Fitness Machine Technician Jason was able to fix my bike super fast. Aside from the great customer service, I really appreciated that all Covid protocols were met. Jason came into my house with mask worn as well as gloves and all equipment was wiped clean. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get a repair to their fitness equipment.

We had Chris come out to our home today to assemble an elliptical machine. He was very courteous and professional. We appreciate him coming here on Christmas Eve. The machine came in so many pieces and was way beyond our abilities to assemble. Chris assembled it very quickly. So happy to have found this service. Steve was also very quick in getting back to us. Excellent customer service!!

Our older, yet in good condition, elliptical got a lease on life and we will get a few more years out of it! If you spend money on a home gym, don't waste it by installing it yourself. Call the pros at Fitness Machine. I ordered a 3K home gym and thought I could handle it. I am relatively handy. However, when I saw the instructions, I thought twice. They were able to schedule an appointment within 72 hours (crazy these days.) I was so pleased with Chris' professionalism. He came masked and gloved and worked hard to get the job done right. Best investment I could have made. It works perfectly... He even suggested I rotate the machine to give the garage more space. He was right about that as well!

The Technician, Chris, gave notice of his expected arrival, on time. He was nicely dressed, pleasant personality and well spoken. I couldn't find the install instructions but Chris knew what he was doing and completed the installation quickly and professionally. Before he left he gave me operating assistance. Best service I've ever had. Highly recommended.
