Tyler did an outstanding job and repair on my treadmill. Answered any questions that I had and I will have him back again if there’s any other issues with my treadmill . thanks for the great job Tyler!

We had them service our Bowlex Max Trainer in January and it is experiencing the same issue six months later (very little use). I requested them to come back out to fix the machine again and after waiting eight days for some scheduling notification (they claim to have called and emailed me but did not) I called them again. I waited another day hoping that they would contact me, but did not. I called another company in the area and they will be here this afternoon. I am very disappointed with this company and the general manager did not seem to be concerned about my poor service experience continuing to claim that they did reach out to us despite us not having any phone call or emails from them (they are in our Contacts list from the January service). I would not recommend using them for any equipment repair.

We called another fitness machine repair company and they were absolutely awful...two trips/two different technicians/two misdiagnosed problems (bottom of the barrel troubleshooting skills) - they both should be fired! They caused me to spend $275 dollars on a part I didn't need and it was non-refundable. Then I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians - Wow! What a night and day difference...a technician, who actually knew what he was doing. Andy had a can do, do-whatever-it-takes, excellent work ethic, with a passion for excellence and great customer service attitude. He repaired my Precor Elliptical and I cannot thank him enough. Kudos Andy - you represent what a great technician should be!

1st time using Fitness Machine Technicians, wow I have to say, I was very impressed with Caleb & Edward, they came in very respectful, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my Free Motion Dual Cable Machine, they had me up and going in a matter of minutes. I WILL be using them for my equipment & I highly recommend this company to anyone!! 5 Star all around!!

Yes, I’ve had the most amazing experience with Kenyatta, Mike, and Andy! They did an amazing job. They finally got the treadmill up and running.!!! so happy with the job that fitness machine technicians have done. We will definitely call you again and you’re highly recommended.!!! special things to Andy for working so hard on this, as well as Mike! But I really want to thank Kenyatta for leading me this direction. He has been wonderful and he’s now a new addition to my family lol!!!

There was a clear lack of expertise and professionalism, and they completely overcharged for the service provided. In the end, my equipment is still not in working condition. They have one senior technician who knows what they’re doing, but instead they send technicians who lack the necessary expertise. They learn on the job rather than actually fixing the issue—be prepared to pay while they figure things out. The cherry on top is that they even charge for paperwork!!! I should have stopped using their services when I first noticed this, but I gave them another chance—and paid heavy price for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest repair work. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. To this day I am surprised to see positive reviews.

Kaleb was able to restore a 25 y/o True treadmill back into working order even though True didnt even have documentation any more😀

Followed all the OEM instructions to replace broken parts and installed them perfectly. Refunded me when part replacement didn't fix the issue. Thank you so much!

Technician and general manager were polite and prompt. Diagnostic fee is $200 with travel fees. Then repair is scheduled after for another service fee but they do not provide an estimate for time required for the repair. A fairly superficial part to be replaced is going to cost minimum $460 with the potential for much more at the hourly service rate. The charges and fee structure are not proportional for work needed.

Excellent service and pricing from Fitness Machine Technicians. The technician, Evan, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He worked on my Vision Fitness recumbent bike and has it running smoothly. They also send you a report of their work including pictures. I highly recommend this group of very professional people.

Brian, with Fitness Machine Technicians in Frisco, came to fix an issue I had with my Hydrow Rower. They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Most importantly, they did an outstanding job in correcting the issue. My rower runs even better and smoother than before! Highly recommend them!

After a recent move my Nordictrack treadmill wouldn't power on at all. I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians and they sent out Evan who diagnosed the problem as being a part still under warranty. He took care of getting the part replaced under my warranty and then when I received it he came back out to put it on and had my treadmill back up and running like new. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any problem like that again. It is very convenient that they come to your house and service your equipment and they are easy to schedule with online.

These folks take care of my equipment for maintenance and when something is amiss. Richard is the technician I have worked with and he is knowledgeable in everything from reformers to ellipticals. They are kind, fair, and move quickly to make sure your equipment is up and running.

This was my second time having Fitness Tech Colton to service my treadmill. He is extremely professional at all time. Very honest Knowledgeable and does a great job! The Fitness Machine technicians worked quickly and efficiently. They were exceptionally professional and completed a thorough job of our LiteGait D400 and S20 Gatekeeper treadmill. We will be definitely using them again in the future.

Super thorough with great customer service. We had a technician named Colton service multiple machines and I appreciated how friendly and helpful he was! I’ve also had a great experience with their scheduling department, Brian. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience with this company. They came out and did an assessment of a 10+ yr old Sole treadmill. They put together a plan of the things that needed to be repaired in order to get it up and running. What most impressed me was their evaluation regarding whether the treadmill should be repaired or not? It made sense and I really appreciated that. The technician that came out both times was amazing. He had both rollers replaced and it back in working fashion in under an hour. I would highly recommend them.

FMT Tech, Chris, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. No sales, no pressure and he answered all our questions. We also appreciate that he respectfully kept his mask on while in our home. If we have service needs again, we'll ask specifically for Chris.

Chris and Colton did a great job fixing my commercial treadmill. They showed up on time, rebooted my machine, installed updates and saved me a lot of money.

Chris was right on time (he actually offered to come early, which was so nice!), and he easily took care of the squeaking noise in my 2012 Precor elliptical. He also did a thorough cleaning and once-over to make sure there weren't any other issues. I'll definitely be coming back to FMT in the future. Thanks, Chris!

Drew came to fix my Pro-Form bike. He was very knowledgeable with the product and had me test run the bike before leaving. He was respectful, professional and swift.

I sent them a message about my issue with my treadmill and they got back to me within a day and even helped over the phone since they determined it was an issue i could fix on my own (something i asked them to do in my original message). even just advice helps a heckuva lot when its coming from people who know what theyre doing instead of just a generalized youtube video. i will definitely come back if other issues present themselves

Highly recommend! Fair pricing and outstanding service. Kevin and Chris disassembled my home gym and loaded it into a moving/storage container. They were knowledgeable about my gym equipment and were extremely efficient. They took great care to make sure the equipment was loaded and tied down safely. Very professional and friendly guys! My treadmill cut off completely after 5 years. I considered buying a new vs calling someone out and having them fix this it. I chose to have Fitness Machine Technicians come out and take care of it. I found Fitness Machine Technicians when my treadmill started to make funny noises and 2 years ago. Drew has taken care of me time and time again as I have struggled to keep my aging machine going. Great service. Detailed follow up and communication throughout the process. Very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing the issue.
