There was a clear lack of expertise and professionalism, and they completely overcharged for the service provided. In the end, my equipment is still not in working condition. They have one senior technician who knows what they’re doing, but instead they send technicians who lack the necessary expertise. They learn on the job rather than actually fixing the issue—be prepared to pay while they figure things out. The cherry on top is that they even charge for paperwork!!! I should have stopped using their services when I first noticed this, but I gave them another chance—and paid heavy price for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest repair work. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. To this day I am surprised to see positive reviews.

Brian, with Fitness Machine Technicians in Frisco, came to fix an issue I had with my Hydrow Rower. They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Most importantly, they did an outstanding job in correcting the issue. My rower runs even better and smoother than before! Highly recommend them!

After a recent move my Nordictrack treadmill wouldn't power on at all. I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians and they sent out Evan who diagnosed the problem as being a part still under warranty. He took care of getting the part replaced under my warranty and then when I received it he came back out to put it on and had my treadmill back up and running like new. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any problem like that again. It is very convenient that they come to your house and service your equipment and they are easy to schedule with online.

Highly recommend! Fair pricing and outstanding service. Kevin and Chris disassembled my home gym and loaded it into a moving/storage container. They were knowledgeable about my gym equipment and were extremely efficient. They took great care to make sure the equipment was loaded and tied down safely. Very professional and friendly guys! I will definitely be calling Fitness Machine Technicians when we are ready to put the gym back together in the new house.

Technician and general manager were polite and prompt. Diagnostic fee is $200 with travel fees. Then repair is scheduled after for another service fee but they do not provide an estimate for time required for the repair. A fairly superficial part to be replaced is going to cost minimum $460 with the potential for much more at the hourly service rate. The charges and fee structure are not proportional for work needed.

This was my second time having Fitness Tech Colton to service my treadmill. He is extremely professional at all time. Very honest Knowledgeable and does a great job! I am so thankful we called Fitness Machine Technicians! Our technician, Nicholas, was prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem we had with our treadmill! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Drew, who was so great as well! I would highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians! We will not hesitate to call again with any future needs!

Excellent service and pricing from Fitness Machine Technicians. The technician, Evan, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He worked on my Vision Fitness recumbent bike and has it running smoothly. They also send you a report of their work including pictures. I highly recommend this group of very professional people.

The Fitness Machine technicians worked quickly and efficiently. They were exceptionally professional and completed a thorough job of our LiteGait D400 and S20 Gatekeeper treadmill. We will be definitely using them again in the future.

My treadmill cut off completely after 5 years. I considered buying a new vs calling someone out and having them fix this it. I chose to have Fitness Machine Technicians come out and take care of it. Technician was friendly and focused on getting it fixed. After the tech left, Drew called me as a follow up and ensured everything was handle. Thanks very professional!

Excellent experience with this company. They came out and did an assessment of a 10+ yr old Sole treadmill. They put together a plan of the things that needed to be repaired in order to get it up and running. What most impressed me was their evaluation regarding whether the treadmill should be repaired or not? It made sense and I really appreciated that. The technician that came out both times was amazing. He had both rollers replaced and it back in working fashion in under an hour. I would highly recommend them.

These folks take care of my equipment for maintenance and when something is amiss. Richard is the technician I have worked with and he is knowledgeable in everything from reformers to ellipticals. They are kind, fair, and move quickly to make sure your equipment is up and running.

Great service. Detailed follow up and communication throughout the process. Very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing the issue. Helped me find ways to save some money in the process and deal with some manufacturer issues. I would recommend Drew and his team to anyone who needs help with their fitness equipment.
