I was very happy with the service that Alex provided. He was prompt, very polite and personable. Alex is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue that I was having with my treadmill. He serviced the treadmill and let me know when I would be receiving a quote for further work that was needed. He was able to answer all my questions and provide suggestions. I have used Fitness Machine Technicians in the past and have always had Alex work on my treadmills. I trust his abilities, knowledge, and judgement.

Alex did great. He let me know he could come earlier, we set up a time and he was there when promised. He explained what needed to be done, repaired the device, double checked his work, and cleanup afterwards.

Would not recommend using this company for service. We had a treadmill maintenance appointment to identify the root cause of a belt sound issue we’d been having. The technician (Alex) was great and explained what had been happening and attempted to fix it. Following this appointment, the first time I got on the treadmill to walk, the incline wouldn’t work. I tried to restart per the company’s suggestion & when it didn’t work, they sent Alex back out. He confirmed something needed replaced. We were then told by the company rep (not Alex) that we’d be charged for the part replacement. Never once did we have an issue with the incline until after our appointment. Highly unprofessional to charge a fix for an issue that was not present before a service. Since, we’ve called and left voicemails several times with no response.

Alex is a top notch technician! He has been to our home several times and is always timely, courteous, and extremely thorough. I appreciate him explaining the process each time. He is also very patient and kind to my kiddos when they are down there asking a bunch of questions! :)

I recently moved cross country, and the movers lost some parts on my treadmill and wouldn't reassemble it. I spoke with Kim at Fitness Machine Technicians (who was extremely kind and thorough about diagnosing my problem) who sent Alex to my house to fix the treadmill just days after I called to schedule an appointment. He completely fixed everything and recalibrated my treadmill. I highly recommend them! Thanks for the amazing service!

I also paid the diagnostic fee and ordered parts. I keep getting friendly reminder emails to pay the invoice for the repair, but still don't have a working machine. I have also been ghosted on phone calls, emails, and text messages for going on six months with no update regarding when the parts can be installed. Update: They schedule to come out on a holiday, don't realize it and no-show, say they will reach out to reschedule, don't make an effort to reschedule, and continue to not respond to any communications. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life.

Alex and Kyle were very professional while working on my fitness bike. Alex and Kyle worked together trying to figure out the issue of my bike. My issue was very small however they didn’t give up until it was solved! Alex kept me well informed days to hours prior to the appointment. I felt like my time was very important to him as well. I was given a time of expected arrival. No 2-4 hour window! I would definitely recommend to my friends, and family!
