Fitness Machine Repair

Do not use. They charged us $135 to assess the problem. 4 months later, they have not returned. I've had to send multiple follow up emails to get times for them to return, and they either don't show or cancel the day of soooo many times for a multitude of excuses. Good thing my husband works from home or we would have wasted a lot of our time off. I am done waiting. They told me it would be fixed in August. It is now November. I'm going with another repair service. Maybe their new business model is to take money for an assessment and just never come back. Update: Another repair service had the belt replaced very quickly. FMR was wrong about the treadmill deck as well.

Do not use. Technicians visited my home without an appointment and charged $165 to look at my treadmill, promising to return with a missing part a week later. It's been four weeks, radio silence. I've called, texted, emailed. No one has attempted to return my calls. This is not a functioning business.

Communication was a little rough in the beginning but once an apt was scheduled they were efficient and right on schedule even sending a text with an ETA. My treadmill is working like new. I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

Top notch service. I have a 20 year old BodyCraft Galena home gym. A cable snapped and others were starting to show their age. This father and son team was fantastic. There was excellent communication, they were prompt and efficient, and most important, the machine is working as good as new. Very pleased!!

I have a 12 year old Fitcore recumbent exercise bike that stopped working. Because it is no longer manufactured, I could not find replacement parts anywhere in the country. Since it's very well made and in great condition I called FMR. Ralph and Pavel came to Massachusetts to check it out. It was a not a simple job to save it, but they got creative and fixed the problem, at a reasonable price. Today the bike is running like I first bought it. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service! To start, I received a text informing me of their arrival time in 20min. Then they identified the problem with my 20yr old treadmill immediately. It was fixed with in a half hour, saving me tons of money. Both guys were super friendly and I'm so happy they were able to help me out! Maybe I'll get another 20yrs from my treadmill now that I know who to call to get it fixed!!

I cannot say enough about this service and the gentlemen who came to my house. My motor went on a Nordictrack treadmill. I’m training for a marathon and could not have this machinery down! They were able to repair it in a way that it was usable for 2 1/2 weeks until I got my new motor. Great communication and was super speedy but thorough. Even set me up for the warantee issue. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Fitness Machine Repair. I had an old treadmill with circuit board issues that they coordinated repairs and wouldn’t give up until it worked again. I greatly appreciate their perseverance and technical knowledge to get my treadmill working. I give them a five star rating and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have an old Spirit treadmill which had stopped working. Contacting the company I bought it from was of no help nor was calling Spirit who lead me on for almost 2 months. I called Ralph who promptly came over and diagnosed the problem which was a bad circuit board. He had it repaired, reinstalled it, lubricated the treadmill as well as recalculating it. Ralph was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my questions and was always pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Ralph for equipment repair.

I can not say enough positives about Fitness Machine Repair. After literally weeks/months in trying to deal with the company directly, these guys got back to me right away and was at my house repairing the problem within 4 days. Great response time and great workmanship. I will be using them exclusively going forward.

I have a Life Cycle bike over 20 years old. The chain was stretched out to the point that it would skip whenever I pushed the bike over 50 PRM. The bike was so old that even Life cycle couldn't tell me if they had a replacement chain. The guys from this company came and replaced the chain with no problem, I would use them again.

I am very happy with their work. They did a great job repairing my 2003 Nordic track. It runs like new. Honest and very reasonably priced.

The guys came in time and check my bike. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it but they told me to reach out to ifit and get a replacement console. They’ll be coming back to install the new console. I recommend them 100%

Slow to reply (understanding in todays climate so I wasn’t as upset about that) but was advised they could help with my issues, quoted me, told me “two weeks” but after three weeks of hearing nothing I reached back out - was told “go somewhere else.” Working in Customer Service can attest that they lack this for sure. Should work on being more upfront and not give empty promises including quotes. Why quote a person and not follow through? Would not recommend to a friend.

Ralph was responsive, knowledgeable and very easy to work with in resolving my Schwinn Aerodyne stationary bike issue. I highly recommend the use of his services

my treadmill stopped working...Nordic Track was useless..never responded to email or calls..googled repair and got Expert Fitness...Ralph came in a timely manner, did a great job and was reasonable ...would definitely recommend if having an equipment problem

Fitness Machine Repair called me back promptly and made an appointment quickly. They repaired my treadmill and were honest, polite guys.

My eliptical was just about inoperable- Ralph and Mark repaired it so that it was as good as new! Great company and service.
