Ian did an outstanding job. I had hired another service and sent a high school kid who didn’t know what he was doing. When he asked for glue, I kicked him out with the treadmill half way assembled/maybe broken. Ian spent 3 hours taking it apart and correctly putting it back together. It works perfectly and is laundry free now! I couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thanks!

Ian was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Doesn't mind going the extra mile to check over your equipment to make sure that everything's OK before he leaves. Our first time experience using him was excellent. I don't mind recommending him for anyone who needs any type of help and assistance or maintenance with their overall gym equipment.

Ian worked hard to find a fix for my broken treadmill. It was tough to find the correct parts, but he never stopped trying until completing the job. He was very kind and kept me updated, every step along the way

He had to come back out to our house to tweak an item and did so with no problems and no charge for the second visit. Everything now works great on my Bioforce 2.2, an older Bowflex knockoff. Had such a positive experience working with Ian at Fitness Facility Maintenance! I was having the hardest time finding someone to service our equipment but Ian jumped right on it. He was communicative and very thorough in getting prepared for the type of equipment our gym has, ahead of time. When he arrived he got right to work and got so much done for us in such a quick about of time. I truly appreciated his hard work and demeanor. My Peloton treadmill stopped working after my last move and it was surprisingly difficult to find a vendor who’s willing to touch a Peloton tread on top of the fact that Peloton’s support number doesn’t work… Ian came to the rescue and brought my machine back online after quickly identifying the root cause to a broken thermal fuse and some loose wires. He’s very professional, friendly, and transparent about the pricing for the repair visit. Highly recommend!

Two words come to mind: Incredible Service! Ian helped disassemble a home gym at one location, then reassembled later that day at my house. Everything was to a tee and his communication was 5-Star. An extra bonus is that he remained flexible for the reassembly when he didn’t have to. I had fitness mat flooring arriving to the house which was delayed — Ian was communicative and open to pushing back a few hours in order to install it same day ;within reason). This was HUGELY helpful and supportive for this kind of service. Really grateful and would highly recommend to anyone requiring home gym repair / assembly or even anyone who runs apartment or community gyms that could use quality, expertise & professionalism.

We live way out in the country so when our old elliptical's belt failed we figured getting it back in working order would be an expensive hassle .... assuming we could even find anyone who would do it. What a pleasant surprise to contact Ian at Fitness Facility Maintenance. He responded quickly, was easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and personable. In no time our old machine was back up and running like new. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Ian was very polite. He hauled off the old treadmill, and assembled the new one. He was very careful not to damage anything while moving the heavy equipment in and out of the house. I would definitely recommend him!

My installation tech was very informed on the process and was able to keep me informed. Even when there were things out of his control he was able to assure me that he will take care and get accurate information to be able to keep me more informed. Extremely professional, bottom line definitely enjoyable experience. I found a company that I will always go to for my installation needs.

1/19/2021 I just had my Pro-form 6.0 ze Elliptical serviced from Fitness Facility Maintenance. My Elliptical is over 10 years old, and he was up for the challenge to repair. They are a local small business in the Austin area. Ian Riley is the owner and he was quick to reply to my request. He respected my home and has reasonably prices. If your home gym needs any help reach out to Ian. He will stand by his word.

Ian with Fitness Facility Maintenance was excellent! I received a prompt response when requesting an appointment to have my treadmill serviced. He arrived right on time, got the job done efficiently, and was super professional throughout.

Had an elliptical machine and other exercise equipment moved from one location to another, disassembled, and then reassembled. Great communication, always on time. Ordered and replaced parts for the elliptical machine. Ian was great!

Ian responded quickly and was able to schedule time that fit my schedule. He showed up on time, diligently worked in out Nordic Trak treadmill and cleaned up after himself. After years of neglect our Nordic Trak is running smoothly!

What I liked best was Ian contacted me the day before my equipments arrival to introduce himself and schedule the install. He arrived an hour after the FedEx crew dropped off the equipment and it was installed that evening. Turn key at its best! Extremely happy with the install and I got to play with my new toy that same day. Thank you
