Fitness Express has consistently provided top notch service to our gym, Chitown Mecca, whether it be repairing or installing equipment. The technicians are friendly, professional, and experts at finding the best way to fit a piece of equipment through a door. They amazed me during our most recent install of 3 new pieces that were drop shipped in front of our gym. We requested the equipment come in pieces, but they came fully put together. I was concerned we would have to take them apart to bring them into the gym. Well, the technicians arrived yesterday and found a way to get the 3 fully constructed pieces into our narrow hallway and into their proper place in the gym. What I projected to be a 5-hour project was completed in 2 hours. If you have a commercial or home gym, I fully recommend Fitness Express.

I couldn't be happier in choosing this company for service on my PreCor Elliptical. They diagnosed the issue in the first visit, worked with PreCor to ensure my warranty was correct and able to cover the cost of the part. Very customer-centric and would work with them again!

Crew arrived exactly on time for a treadmill diagnostic. Very knowledgeable as I always ask a lot of questions. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes and they proceeded to check everything else. Excellent, prompt, courteous service and the guys also had a great sense of humor which is a huge plus with me.

Love love love this company! We had other company's come out to look at a machine and told us that they could not fix it and we would have to replace the whole machine at a cost of over $10,000. I found this place and they were able to fix the machine for under $1,000. The owner I think is Sig is very quick to respond and was able to get a technician out the next day. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and polite. Fixed the machine that same day. I would definitely recommend this company very professional and they know what they are doing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have a very old but fantastic treadmill that needed service. Upon doing a Google search, I found Fitness Express. Saw all the wonderful reviews and gave them a call. They were kind and helpful from the very first call. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Lou was courteous and very skilled. He was respectful, wore a mask, took off his shoes and cleaned everything up. He was able to service my treadmill at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. So glad I found them and there was nothing seriously wrong with my treadmill.

We had our treadmill serviced by Fitness Express. The technician was very knowledgeable, organized and removed his shoes upon entering our home. He made adjustments to our treadmill to stop a clicking noise. Shortly after he left an error code appeared. I called and the same tech returned promptly and was unable to generate the error again. They however, honored their original work and replaced the motor and inner belt at no additional charge. Our treadmill is now working as good as new. I would feel very comfortable having them service the treadmill again if necessary.

Sig. has been maintaining our Woodway treadmill for the last 10 years (not that much maintenance is required). He is very honest. The last time he was here, I wrote a check for the wrong amount and he contacted me to let me know. Not something you find every day!

We purchased our Octane GR8000 and following the set up in our home we required some adjustments. Fitness Express could not be more helpful and with a prompt response. They identified the issues immediately and resolved them successfully. I highly recommend them and appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Thanks for a job well done!

I had an excellent experience with this entire company, from the scheduler Ausra to the technician Gene, to the manager Sig. My 12 year old treadmill needed significant repairs to get a new lease on life, and this company not only did a great install of the required parts, but made return visits to fix a related but different problem. Throughout this entire time, they were always friendly and professional and accommodating to work with my work schedule. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to them, I can keep running!

I called a couple different places and chose Fitness Express to come out for my Precor treadmill. They were able to come out very quickly, and my tech Aaron went over everything. I use the unit daily, had it for 7 years, and when he pulled up the odometer, it was at 7600 miles. He wrote up everything it would need: deck, belt, control board, shocks, side runners. He let me know they would call with pricing, and he was very helpful talking about options if I bought new or used as well. I was resigned to looking for a replacement, but with how much I used it I wasn't angry and figured I really got my money's worth from the unit. Just a couple days later Fitness Express called me back, and to my shock, they found that they were able to get all the parts through Precor as part of their warranty. So they ordered them, brought them to my house, and Aaron was again my tech. He installed everything and it is like I have a brand new unit again, looks and feels great. All of this happened within 2 weeks and I was running again. And all for just the initial trip charge and labor for install, which together were less than I expected and less than I would have spent for a lesser, used unit online. I can't recommend Fitness express enough, Aaron was fantastic, and the company was fast, honest, and great at what they do.

Absolutely the best. Service tech Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went over and above the call for the repairs to my elliptical. Previously, I had another service company attempt the repairs. Three times they failed. Aaron came out and did it all right then. Great service from all of the people I spoke with at Fitness Express.

This company does it right. Aaron did a repair on our treadmill and he was meticulous when doing the repair. He was courteous, respectful, and made sure he didn't bring any snow or salt into our home because of the snow storm. I've arranged to have them check my equipment once a year for a tune up. I highly recommend these folks

The response was very prompt and the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The console on my treadmill stopped working and he explained to me why it was and provided advice on how to prevent the issue going forward. He ordered the part for me and was delivered to my house within 2 days and he came back the next day was in and out. That's what I call excellent customer service.

I am one happy gal!! Fitness Express sent over Aaron today to reassemble and repair our LifeSpan treadmill. Scheduling was easy and the pricing was fair. He accomplished in one hour what 5 other guys couldn't get done. Thank you so much Aaron and Fitness Express!!

Just really pleased with the service and my experience with Fitness Express. Professional from call to service. My technician, Gene, was on time, personable and diligent. My treadmill, which was making all kinds of awful squeaking noises and generally just overdue (by some years) for maintenance, is now purring. Happy customer, would DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend.

I have an elliptical that needed to be serviced and was referred to Fitness Express by Precor. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron, the technician that was sent. He was so kind and courteous and took the time to explain the problem with the machine. In this day and age I am kind of used to encountering people who just don't care or have no customer service skills...but this company and its technician have shown me there is hope out there :) I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Sig and team have been wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond, no matter what way we reach out (email, phone, text). Always provide a quote and they like to learn as much as possible before coming out, with videos and pictures, so they don't have to make multiple trips (waste money/time) which is so important in the fitness industry! Great follow-up, integrity - overall confident in their skills and ability to help us get equipment back up and running quickly.

I have a 12-year old Life Fitness Elliptical and Hoist gym set. I had never had it serviced since I bought it. I was referred to Fitness Express by a company that sells Hoist systems. The technician, Aaron, showed up on time at my house wearing a mask (it's COVID time). He was outstanding--explaining to me all about the equipment, what can go wrong, what might need to be replaced, etc. He performed maintenance on my equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and tightening a lot of the bolts. It all is as good as new now. The price was fair and he even wiped down all the equipment when he was done. Turns out they do a lot of work with fitness centers and universities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for exercise equipment maintenance and repair.

We moved from Colorado to Illinois. The movers lost a piece of both our Precor Elliptical and Pacemaster Treadmill. Fitness Express was a pleasure to work with and was able to order the necessary replacement parts (even thought the treadmill is twenty years old and the company is out of business) as well as reassemble them both. They work perfectly now. Highly recommend this company!
