Absolutely stellar service from Anthony and team!! Would highly recommend this group for fitness / gym equipment relocation. I used them to move a heavy commercial treadmill (500+ lbs). They arrived on time, well prepared and completed the move like true professionals with no hiccups along the way. Thank you, team!

7 years ago James moved my gym to my new house. Last month we moved again and I had more equipment and a much more complicated system to move this time. I guess James has a crew now that does the moves for him. They were just as polite and experienced. Both times I've used this company they've been the best. Would never even consider using anyone else.

100% would recommend! They came out twice to repair/tune-up my Peleton. Very responsive and scheduled me within a few days of my call.

Super service from Anthony and Team ! They came sharp on time to my home to mount a sauna and were extremely professional in their operation, addressing questions and giving some help beyond their mission (e.g advises on wood treatment or moving up some heavy cold plunge devices). Can’t recommend more positively the team of Fitness Equipment Specialists for any set up of your gym/fitness/sauna!

Extremely professional, very good at what they do, and very well priced. I used them to take part, move, and reassemble a power rack and functional trainer for some remodel work. They showed up on time, worked fast, and helped move more than I had asked them to address. Really great top to bottom.

Antonio and Anthony installed my Rogue Fitness Monster Cave yesterday. After driving from San Diego to Palm Springs they worked non-stop for 9 hours before leaving for another job. They were both knowledgeable, profession and polite, I could not be happier with the service they provided. Also, James Redding, the owner of FES was wonderful to work with. Through a series of emails, that included TForce shipping "losing" the two pallets with 1900lbs of equipment for three weeks, we were able to schedule the job. I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable fee, until I saw the amount of effort required to assemble this beast. After paying the original invoice I wrote to James saying I thought he undercharged me and that I would be happy to pay him more. We settled on an additional fee that I also thought was very reasonable. This is a class operation, from start to finish and I fully endorse their services!

I have a Precor elliptical machine that has been a great workhorse for me. The control panel needed to be replaced about 18 months ago and Adam from Fitness Equipment Specialist replaced it. It's been working like a champ ever since. However, the bushings on the pedal arms recently started falling apart. James from FES came out and set me up so I could keep using it until the parts came in. He just replaced the pedal arms and it's like new. These guys not only know their stuff, they do a great job, they're pleasant to work with, and they're respectful of my home. I highly recommend this company!

I liked working with this company. James was very punctual in returning the call to discuss and setup an appointment. He used text when necessary. Don, the technician who was dispatched called while on his way to give advance notice, this was very good. Don was courteous, professional, did the a very solid job, fixed the problem on first visit, the job was clean. Though he used lubricant multiple times not a drop spilled on the carpet. He came with a mask on and was on all the time. Diagnostic for possible future repair was done and a year from now we will replace the belt. Very polite team of people, very punctual, very professional, and perfect repair. I super recommend this team

The only downside about my experience was not using this company in the past! I had several people work on my machine and to no avail, it always seemed to have the same issue a month or so later, but James did do diligence and my machine is working as quiet and smooth as ever. Definitely recommend!

I had purchased a used Hoist V4 Elite and needed help moving it as these machines are quite heavy. I contacted Fitness Equipment Specialists and spoke with the owner, James. James worked with me to get the piece of equipment disassembled, moved, and reassembled the next day. James and Antonio are hard working and pay attention to detail. They took good care to ensure the equipment arrived without a scratch. Assembly was methodical and the machine looks great. These guys answered all my questions patiently and insured I was completely satisfied before leaving. Excellent customer service with true integrity. I highly, highly recommend their services.

James did a great job diagnosing the problem with our recumbent stationary bike, telling us our options for repair, then getting what was needed to fix it and implementing the repair faster than expected. We’re Very happy customers!

James and his staff are very respectful and reliable and are always on time. They are the best at repairing gym equipment in all of San Diego.

I had a great experience. James was very prompt getting back to me and patient. His delivery crew was awesome. They carefully unassembled my old treadmill and brought it to my office. They explained how to put it back together and even offered to. It's going somewhere else, so I didn't want it reassembled. They carefully brought in and assembled the new treadmill. I keep saying carefully, because I was worried about scratching my floors. They did not drag anything. I didn't realize how much work I gave them, but they never complained. Seemed happy to do it. I called James back for a squeaky noise and he responded right away and came out himself, to fix.

These guys are great! I was able to schedule an appointment the morning after I called, and the the repair crew of Adam and Marvin was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me a lot of information regarding treadmills in general, and I would definitely call them again should the need arise! Their prices are also very fair and very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time they spent on my machine!

They are Exceptional! A++++ Service! Antonio, and Anthony came out to my garage gym (Hood Fitness), and put my new Inspire FT2 Functional Trainer together with their eyes closed! They are really that good. From this point forward I will continue to do business with them, and so should you! I will start doing my Maintenance and Servicing of my equipment with them as well. FES did an excellent job of moving my large Pro-Form treadmill from a house to an apartment. The doors were not very large. James dis-assembled parts of the treadmill, and he and his partner moved everything neatly and efficiently. He did not damage anything, and after putting it all back together, he tested it to be sure it was all working properly. I will definitely hire him again, if the need arises.

Antonio and Anthony dropped off at my home a 3 sides Vectra gym machine that was gifted to me and my kids from a very generous couple. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast. I will recommend anyone that has a need to move a large piece of gym equipment from one location to another to use their services - as well as any repairs to old machines. After meeting them I realized that I could have fixed my treadmill machine as well as my stepper instead of getting rid of them. 100% will use them again for sure!
